When I was in 6th grade, i got into an argument with a classmate, in class. I remember arguing, most of it was pretty hazy. Then, I got in trouble because I flipped him off, and I don't even remember doing it, and I didn't even have control over it!

Did my memory get erased? Was someone psychic, force me into subconsciousness, and then controlled me, to get me in trouble??? Or maybe I flipped him off (under free will or not; the idea may have been enforced on me!) Mind control IS REAL, mind-influencing/implenting ideas IS REAL, and a moderately strong psychic can do it (it happened to me A LOT!) However here, my memory got erased. It is possible to do, but it requires a SUPER strong psychic, and I doubt ANYONE in that class is a strong enough psychic. My Q: how did my memory get fragmented and what caused me to subconsciously flip him off?

(The consequence has been dealt with, and I want to find out how it really happened. I DO NO RECALL DOING IT, or anything in that time-blank)

If you had a daughter who was sexually assaulted and the perp got off lightly what would you do? Let it go? Become a vigilante?

I read some answers on here and I've read answers from some "psychologists." They're always stating the obvious! "My son kills pets for fun." "Well, I have a psychology degree and that's not normal." It's all BS. I didn't know it took a psychology degree to legally give advice on common sense. I mean, they give good advice on things, but enough with the common sense!

I apologize for everything, even if it's not my fault. If someone steps on me, I apologize. I'm perpetually terrified that I'm in the way and always feel as though I'm bothering people or not worthy to speak to them. Wherever I go, I always try to condense myself into the smallest space possible. It drives me crazy, it drives my parents crazy, it drives my boyfriend crazy. I used to be really self-confident, but I don't know what happened. I'm something of a klutz and always get in really bizarre accidents (example: I once got third-degree burns on my face from a flaming marshmallow). I come from a good, stable background. I'm overly submissive and I'm tired of it. Does anyone else have this problem or any suggestions on how I can overcome it?

It goes something like this. I'm sleeping on the bus on my way to work and my briefcase is spilled. I had money in that briefcase...a lot of money but its now gone - stolen by everybody else. My suit is torn to bits. Then a bunch of goth kids beat me up. I get off the bus and try to hide. I then try to get to a police station to report the incident with my torn up clothes. My pants are now like shorts and it is cold. When I get to the police station, I report the incident and they take me to the hospital for a check-up to see if I have any injuries. After a quick stay, no injuries are found. After calling work and explaining the incident, Condeleeza Rice comes to my house and says she wants to go out with me after a bitter divorce. We go out and have fun, telling me about how she was fired from the Bush Administration. We have fun, making fun of her old job and the Prez. Then we get home and head for the sack. The dream then ends. Can anyone interpret this dream?

Society seems to have the current propensity to focus on death, destruction, abuse, and generally all that is vile in the human condition.

In the face of this, how do those of us that prefer wellbeing, continue to keep our focus on things that feel good to think about?

If the world has everything in it, happy and not happy, then why all the focus on that which causes not happy? Would wise management make such choices?

Can anyone give insight into a certain type of self-harming pattern of behaviour please?

Such as potential motivations, or really any information you can give.

When self-harming occurs, it becomes a constant thought-pattern, going through the mind at least once an hour, and the injurt not occurring neccessarily in times of stress, but just as an almost enjoyable activity. Like thinking 'Hmm, I might go watch the Simpsons' except 'Hmm, I might go slash up my arms/take an overdose'.

Accompanied by suicidal thoughts.

Main focus being on a love of the scars, and a constant desire to look at the the marks left from cutting. When doing it, quickly bored of the bleeding part, and just wanting to be left with the marks.

A desire to 'accessorise' to self-harm - wanting to buy long-sleeved jackets and arm-warmers, for example.

Keeping it very private, but wishing to tell everyone around - never telling anyone except boyfriend, as regularly stripped by him anyway.
