What does this dream mean?
Question Details: I had this dream last night where I was supposed to get married. (In reality, I'm single) In the dream I never saw the person I was going to marry..so i do not know who this person is. (this dream involves two exes..we'll call them Ex A and Ex B) Okay. I kept seeing Ex A's mother there at the church. And I kept seeing Ex B walking around the church....not the sanctuary wehre I was gettting married. It was like he didnt want to see the wedding. While I was standing at the door getting ready to walk in I was crying telling my mom that I didnt want to get married..i kept telling her over and over again. It was like she didnt' hear me. My aunt asked me if I wanted her to go tell the guests that the wedding was off. I said yes and i ran out crying hysterically. Again, I saw Ex. B. So the wedding was off and my aunt told me people were angry with me, and he(the man i was supposed to marry) is very upset. For some reason Ex.A kept coming to mind throughout the whole dream. What's it mean?

the same about family life as I did as a child.. the days can be long, monotonous etc and I put on a happy face mostly for my daughter but inside I often feel almost like running on empty/ground hog day..

I worry that she will pick up on this but at the moment don't know how to escape the memories of how my own childhood went.. both my parents I know felt trapped/depressed and disillusioned with family life too but they slugged it out and devoted their lives to us ungrateful/demanding kids..

I guess now I think that it is written in stone that I will do the same - give my all until I can't give any more and my daughter will then be left feeling the way I did - which was anxious/depressed/unhappy etc

I just want to break the cycle and combine being a parent with also being fulfilled/happy so that I can help my daughter be a confident/secure/loving person without the heart ache it took me and her grandparents to get here.

She is 2 and since she was born I have looked

As I've aged, I've become more and more of a loner. I work and go to school, so I have enough social skills to function, but in the rest of my time I usually like to be alone. For me, being around people and being alone are almost like two different states of consciousness. I don't have social anxiety. In fact, I'm good at making people laugh and people like talking to me. But in solitude I just feel more free and I experience happiness much easier. I don't really know why I am this way, but being a loner just feels very natural to me. Some of the people I know find this wierd and think something is psychologically wrong with me. Are they right?
