I am of a new category called the super pessimist. Not only is the glass half empty, it has a crack in it, all the water is going to leak out and we are all going to die of dehydration.

I am none of the above, I consider myself a realist. A realist observes, and weighs all the facts and variables before forming an opinion which in might turn out to be either positive or negative. If someone was to ask me is the glass half full or half empty, I would ask what is the glass made of, whats in the glass? For example if the answer is the glass is crystal, and the liquid is 12 year old scotch. Then my friend, the glass will forever be half empty. Maybe i'm a pessimist oh well.

I guess I am more of a pessimist because I also consider myself to be a realist, meaning I see things as they really are, and often things seem to be more negative than positive in life, because reality seems hard, rule and unfair. There also seems to be a lot of untrustworthy people out there, and nothing good seems to last. This world is just full of so many bad things it is hard to think positively when you know things can end up so badly.

Optimist. I like to think big, and always make the best of a situation. Live like this and it becomes a habit after a while, and you come to really expect the best from life.

A careful optimist! mutually as your definition of the optimist is an extremely previous humorous tale, it is not any longer in trouble-free terms right. Optimist for me is: you do no longer permit your self flow whilst you bought issues, you don't get depressed abut existence, you finding for recommendations and you working your way out from the pooo. you do no longer save disagreements take over your relationships, you recover from it. Forgive and forget the petty issues.

I'm an optimist. It's vital in life to look at the WHOLE picture of things. You'll never learn the entire truth without it. You have to look on the positive in order to get the positive.

I am Optimistic to a fault. I trust that people all have something good in them and I always expect things to turn out for the best. I am sometimes disappointed when it doesn't always work out for the best. But That's life!

Depends what mood I'm in. I try to be an optomist though as pessimists have shorter lives apparently (well wouldn't you want to chuck eeyore into a river?)
