Strength:
I have a dynamic work ethic that allows me to engage with others to assess a problem, identify a strategy, and implement solutions.
Took Initiative:
Share an example of when you encountered a problem and found a way to handle it. Typically, an example of a work related issue is best, but you could also use an example from school. I would NOT use a personal live example. In your example, demonstrate how you worked well with others, and used creativity in solving the problem.

If you have to ask this I think you need to start trying new things. Seriously.
