I know that most people say that Piaget deals with the individual, and Vygotsky deals with society, but are there any other differences? Specifically, are there any differences in how the child receives information? Is the child passive or active? Does the child have any innate intelligence?

I hate when girls say "No guys like me. I'm ugly" and all that. I hate that. Just because no guy likes u doesn't mean ur ugly. They're just into u. I cant eat in public, and then when I do , I feel like everyone is staring at me, I feel like I then I have to go to the bathroom and throw up, I feel much better afterwards. some days I wont eat, I only do that because I am not hungry. I know I need help, but I dont know what for. I think I have a problem, but , then I will think I am fine. if I was going to get help I dont know what to get help for.
For the record, I have not thrown up in a long time..

My boss is Tom Cruise`s vision. All women in the firm like him(me too).When he speaks with smb he smiles sometimes, sometimes he`s shouting, but the rare times we speak by work he `s always serious. Everyday I catch his eyes which looks at me with the same coldness.

At school these 2 people constinteley bother me....whether its about my last name or the type of music i listen to, they never stop. Even when i walk home if they see me they bother me. What can i do to make them stop? Went to guidance counselor about this last year and she did nothing...is there anything else i can do? They do it everyday....wat can i do to make them stop?

I know that whenever a friend is going through something stressful or bothersome you should provide a "listening ear" (as you would want the favour returned) but why is it that whenever I give a listening ear a particular friend, after listening to her I feel so stressed or depressed myself. I hate feeling this way. Has anyone else ever felt this way or is it just me?

I have seen some questions that genuine people have asked and have recieved some really nasty respones!! why?? Do they feel the need to just be nasty?? Dp they think they are funny??

I recently had someone that was just like my momma died well about a little over a year ago
My momma and i used to watch this very popular sitcom, but now its almost like i want to watch it all the time and it seems like I have almost become obsessed not in a bad way but the lead actress in this show reminds me so much of my momma. Is it weird to want to watch all her stuff and listen to all of her music if just for that brief moment it brings peace to me?

was hanging out with a girl last night, and we were having a pretty good time watching movies and talking. I liked her personality and thought she was attractive, so when we got some alone time I tried to kiss her. But she stopped me. She said she just didn't feel that type of "chemistry" with me. She said she thought I was nice, funny, intelligent and cute, but she just didn't feel the "chemistry", and couldn't really explain why.

This isn't the first time I've heard the "chemistry" explanation from a girl who sees my positive traits but still rejects me. It is a bit frustrating and perplexing. Can you help me figure out what the whole "chemistry" thing is all about?
