My boss is Tom Cruise`s vision. All women in the firm like him(me too).When he speaks with smb he smiles sometimes, sometimes he`s shouting, but the rare times we speak by work he `s always serious. Everyday I catch his eyes which looks at me with the same coldness.

Dear heart, if you catch him look at you with the same coldness, I would say that he is probably intrigued or annoyed that you caught him ! He probably attacts you more than he is attracted to you and probably a womanizer. He is certainly a charming person but does not want to get involved with an employee. Think about it, and you'll see the logic in this wisdom piece of advice.

First of all, don't get involved with your boss unless you plan on getting an new job. It doesn't sound like he's into you though.

I doubt it, but next time you speak to him, chat him up a bit and see how he feels. I'm sure he'll be pleased you took the trouble to chat, if nothing else.
