Some people are so insecure that the only way they can feel good about themselves is to make someone else feel bad. They are sad, pathetic people who deserve our pity more than our scorn. And then again, some people are just downright hateful.

Actually I think this is a good place for those that need a "Release." Reason being I would much rather have them rant and such here than take it out while driving on the hwy in Road Rage or in some other public forum.

Some people just choose to be negative unhappy people. They do not know how to look at things positively. We all have a choice of how we react to everything in life. We can be a happy positive person only if we choose to. Each morning as we get out of bed, we can make that decision. No one is going to come knock on your door and say "Here, I'm giving you a good day". We have to learn to make it a "Good Day". At the end of conversations or on answering machines people will say "Have a good day" We don't have good days, we make them. When I leave someone and my answering machine message ends with "You make it a good day"

Stupidity

Some questions are so stupid that it is hard to react in a kind way to them.
Also, I think that many people use this media to work out their own frustrations and to express their negative opinions in a way that wouldn't be acceptable (or would have very negative consequences) in they did it in their own circle of friends, family, or work acquaintances.
I'm afraid I am guilty of this myself sometimes. But thank you for pointing this out. It helps and I'll try to remember it.

Many times people answer in a negative tone because the have the same issue taking place in their lives and do not have fortitude to address it to be healed. Fear is the great divider between all of humanity.

My theory is that they are in pain and they want to share. It doesnt make me angry, it makes me sad...for them and for those who are the recipients of their harshness. "They"are just like everyone else. All desire love and acceptance. Given harshness and rejection, some choose to spread those things, thank God, some know a better way, the right way...patience, kindness, and as much understanding as one can muster.

seems we forget to treat others as would wish to be treated ourselves ......
much like when are treated rudely by a cashier/customer service representative ...... or if you have had a bad day and just do not care to deal nicely with anyone else -
whatever the mood - the reaction ......

sometimes frustration with an issue tends to make any of us vocal ....
and face it, typing you never really have to face that person ......

should be more patient with others, am trying to work on that myself

well because they have such low opinions of themselves they can't bring their self to talk in a civil way to others...they only want to to degrade others .. basically they have a low self esteem and they care nothing about elevating it to any higher level!!!
