This is a rather strange question. You seem to be asking if killing another person is wrong which almost everyone has been brought up to take for granted as being wrong.
Personally I feel that we should do whatever we want as long as we are not harming others or preventing them from enjoying their lives. Society forms artificial devices for enforcing this rule which ends up leading to further restrictions on our freedom.
It is wrong for you to kill me, so it is allowed for me to kill you in self-defense. Since it is wrong to kill me and you may not understand what you are doing if you are under the influence of drugs, it is illegal for you to do drugs although it is not wrong in and of itself.
"Legal" killing takes two main forms, execution and warfare. Execution by definition requires the person being killed to have violated their responsibility to allow others to live as they wish, normally by killing or raping them. As the person being executed has violated the rules of society, they are opening themselves to society's way of punishing them. I personally oppose the death penalty as it allows someone to be executed who is innocent, thereby taking away that person's right to live.
Warfare is always justified by calling it self-defense although it is often used for other purposes. While execution can be eliminated, warfare cannot because if a county cannot defend itself then others will be able to violate the citizen's right to live their lives as they wish. Since we cannot simply lock up every citizen of every county with an agenda against us, warfare will remain.
This is why I feel that killing is morally wrong, I hope that I've answered your question. I am wondering if there will be any serious replies that have a different opinion on when killing another person may be justified.

it particularly is incorrect by way of fact it hurts a great form of people at as quickly as and takes away plenty extra suitable than in simple terms one hassle-free human existence. In a pragmatic experience, returned in historic cases, killing a individual might deprive the tribe of a helpful source, as a hunter or a childbearer. once you kill somebody, you're upfront and without delay removing a chum, determine, lover, kinfolk member, companion, supporter, worker, contributor, artist, or regardless of. Survivors who're linked in any thank you to the existence taken, are left to sense the soreness at having that untimely loss. And an rather worry-unfastened reaction to such emotional soreness is to lash out...and of direction, the main obtrusive (and rightful) purpose is the single that did the killing. of direction, this could very actual initiate a chain reaction that finally ends up in the lack of ability of many extra lives...seem on the historic previous of WWI the place the "spark" that each physique started the entire component grew to become right into a youthful boy assasinating Archduke Franz Ferdinand...taking one existence further approximately the taking of many others.

Killing is ALWAYS wrong. No matter if the one we intent to kill did an injustice to us, I know I would feel really bad if I did.

Murder is wrong.
If you come at me to murder me, I will kill you first.
See the difference?
Underlying motivation also determines the morality of inducing death.
Killing is different from Murder.
