I'm curious as to how I can shape my sleep cycles so as to trigger more REM cycles, greater dream recall, and ultimately, a realistic lucid dream.

Whenever someone has a new haircut, or puts a picture up on myspace, etc...everyone always comments that its 'cute'....even though its not that cute....do people just say something is 'cute' so they have something nice to say, whereas its not really cute to them?

I find that caring about a subject only makes me more confrontational. If I don't care, then I don't get emotionally involved and am more relaxed with people.

Isn't it weird that at any moment you could die? At any moment, you could be kidnapped and murdered, or get in and accident. We all just sort of live and never really think about these things, but I could die right now, or you could even. It's weird to me. You get in a fight with your husband or mom maybe, you scream at them and then go for a walk. You come home and they are dead. Yeah, how nice the last thing you said to them was horrible. You spend the rest of your life never forgiving yourself. Yeh, I wouldn't want that to happen. I always try to say I love you or something, always. Because you never know what's in store for you. Seriously, it's weird...

What do you think about the whole thing?

my hubby married me for all the good qualities he liked about me. I'm very family oriented, love children, was cheerleading when we met, active in the church, very nice and caring and i have lots of friends. after we were married he complained that I was too nice to people and how they don't care about me and used to threaten to leave when we argued until one day when I showed I'd be fine with it. it's ok for me to show him love, support and attention, but when I am happy for someone else's achievements or new baby etc. he thinks I'm being too nice. what do you think the real problem is?

The last time I flew was 10 years ago. I recall the last few flights, my palms got sweaty and felt sick. I remember putting my head on my mom's lap and prayed for that last hour to pass so we landed soon. I recall other flights with a lot of turbulence coming back from the east coast to the west coast.

Now I'm 31 and a single parent. I want to make a promise to my child that I'll take her to Walt Disney World in FL and Hawaii. I'm in CA. My child has made a couple of trips on the airplane with her dad for visitation and is a good traveler from my understanding.

I guess I could try small plane trips from L.A. to Vegas, but the more I think of it, the more I dread it. I recall when I saw a psychologist, he advised me that I could take Xanax. I just hope that doesn't "drug" me up too much and/or is a mind controlling drug and/or addictive. I don't like taking pills, but I guess I'll have to be willing to do it. What does Dramamine do?

Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated!

Nothing is going right...............I mean my grandma likes my cousin more then she loves me (she told me that to my face), she takes his side even if the whole freaking world knows it was not my fault, she tells my family not to talk to me and my friends wont talk to me because there other friends told them that I wanted to brak up their friendship. (Which I ddidnt want to do) I seriously wish I could be a grown up now and get away, I cant stand crying or living liek this anymore! Not even my friends preacher will write back to my emails! I wrote him once, (he answered) second, (its been 6 months and still no anser) Also I am poor, well dont have much money and ppl make fun of my clothes and hair. I have little friends and I ahve had this pressure to lvie with since 1st grade, (I am in 7th now) I cant stand life and which I could comit suicide. HOW could I survive. I could run away. Plz dotn tell me to be calm, bczu I tried for 8 yrs (not counting school) and it didnt work. HELP!!!!

I was being hunted down and not wanting to join the new world order. My husband and I were struggling to find housing and were always on the move because the order was searching for me to take me into custody. I was constantly on the run and dependent on people I hoped I could trust to provide temporary housing shelter and clothing. Isn't this bizarre? There was nothing left for me unless I was going to go along and join this movement. My husband and I were frequently separated and trying everything possible to survive. We couldn't buy food, own a home or have a job. What do you think of this?
