EQ?? The only EQ I know is EverQuest. Did you mean Intelligent Quotient (IQ)?

EQ or IQ ?? If IQ -Then read more & more .And think around u for everything.Watch televison & use internet. May be in this way u can increase ur IQ.Thanks..

there are lot many mental exercises you can do other than reading and Internet
try solving crossword puzzle
then we have SUDOKU game featuring in no. of newspapers these days.
try playing magical Cube
chess is one of the best mental exercises
all these will make your mind more dexterous
(soak almonds overnight and eat them in morning)

i thnk u r talkin' ab;t IQ.......for dat iff u use internet daily for more time.....thn take help of internet......and go for IQ tests as many in here....i have some good sites that makes u enable to know ur IQ and automatically it enhances our IQ i did dat ......Go and take IQ tests on:

These all give u more new sorts of Iq and make u more fami9liar and sharp ur brain.
