A couple of months ago I landed a great job as a graphic designer doing what I love. Very recently I even got a promotion so now I am full time with benefits. I get along with everyone but one person and it's a pretty good job but I still dread waking up in the morning and coming in. While at work, I wish I were at home being able to do my work from there even if that meant working even longer hours. I wish I could freelance but have the job security and benefits of my current job. I just consider myself a free spirit and I don't like the strict regiment of a 9am-6pm schedule. Also when I need to leave to do things like go do a dentist or doctor's appointment, my job makes me feel so guilty like I am doing something terribly wrong, but with my schedule I don't have any choice, so they make me work even longer hours to make up the time. Also the guy I don't get along with doesn't believe that women should be in the work place and it aggravates me every day. Any advice?

I had this dream last night that this figure who kept changing back and forth into a woman and man.He/she had dark hair and was wearing a dark red robe. This person told me his/her name was Uriel and then it walked into me and I could do all these weird things like move objects with my mind. He/she kept telling me that it was here to help me with my creativity and get my life on track. Recently I lost my job and I am broke and very scared.
Anyway, I am not religious but this person felt so real to me...so I looked up the name and apparently this figure depicts Archangel Uriel (right down to the dark red robe and the creativity thing). However, I was not exactly comforted by this angel if he/she was one. He/shewas domineering, intimidating and actually scared me a bit. I wanted to get away from he/she because his presense was so thick it was choking me. Aren't angels supposed to be comforting?
Did an angel visit me? And if so... why was I so scared of it?

I have pretty low self-esteem and my confidence level is probably lower than that. I love meeting new people, but when I am faced with the opportunity to meet people I usually crumble under pressure. I dont think im ugly and there isnt anything really wrong with me I just think that there are a lot of people that are too good for me or that I dont quite messure up to. I dont really try to impress people cuz I figure what's the point. I dont think much of myself and often question why the people who like me like me. Most of my friends think im crazy because they say im a nice person and all this stuff, but I dont believe it for myself. How can I change the way I feel about myself?

My father died last October, although I respected him and had some what of a good relationship with him I hold a lot of anger against him from the past. I had the chance to talk to him before he died but could not bring these issues up. Now I don't know how to let go and move on without having the apology and explanation that I wanted.

I have really bad nerves and I constantly shake my legs or tap my fingers. I can never sit completely still for more than a couple seconds. I even shake a little bit. My mother tried to help me stop as I was growing up, but nothing she tried worked and I still do it. It is getting really annoying. What is the cause of bad nerves and how can I do away with my nervous habits?

We've all seen them. You are in a group of any kind, perhaps even enjoying yourself and someone makes a horrible angry remark of criticism against you and you have no idea why? What is the best way to handle this, short of never seeing them again? (For example, you have to see them all the time, like on the job.)
