Has anyone read this book by Marge Piercy? What do you think it says about our culture? How 'bout the language and it's application to gender?

Do you think the high expectations of the wedding industry have turned women into demanding b*tches on their big day?

(Work at a fine dining establishment that caters to big weddings).

Really... guys asking how to attract girls, prurient inquiries, but nothing about feminism, women's spirituality, Women's music... I haven't looked through the past weeks, but saw nothing here right away.

Maybe it's not really about women's studies.

When you meet someone sickly sweet do you think they truely are, or are hiding something? (It is my experience, they are usually the later.)

I'm 18 and never had a girlfriend. I'm definitely good looking, that's not a problem. I guess the problem is I never really had the right opportunity to talk to girls and make relationships. Or if there was a chance, I never knew what to say.

Probably the most popular answer to this question is "join a club or some activity you like and meet people there". This doesn't work for me because I don't have time between work and school and don't really have one particular thing I like deeply.

I'm looking for someone 1-2 years younger so being a freshman at college doesn't help much. So I guess what I'm asking is what is a good place/situation to meet girls (by themselves and not in large groups or with other guys).

It wouldn't make you sick. You would be 100% healthy and able to have kids if you wanted. You would just never have a period again. Would you take it?

Its a femi-nazi quote I read the other day- "Why are men so much more interested in women...than women are in men?"

What do YOU think about this quote?

The reason I ask is because the Femdom lifestyle and culture has grown dramatically over the past 30 years or so. It seems to me that it has become a lot more acceptable today (at least in western culture), for a woman to allow her demanding side to come to the forefront. Granted not all women are or want to be dominant. However it seems more and more women are embracing this lifestyle

If there was another woman your age, that is dating a man you once were with, and is working the job you once did (quit). What would be your feelings towards her?

I have always wondered why my vagina looks different from say, those in porn. I have always noticed that when the lips are spread apart, a piece of skin is visible in the middle . I am not a virgin (not for 2 yrs.), but after reading up on how hymen's can be extremely flexible, I'm wondering what it is. Very strange question to ask, but how else do you know?
