I had a dream about my boyfriend and fish last night. It was a weird dream and I don't remember much, but I remember feeling like I needed to get away from him because he'd taken me captive in some weird jungle. I then saw these 2 great big fish.

What's it mean?

have you ever had those dreams where someone is talking to you, and they tell you something really interesting and you wake up still thinking about it, whether it is fact or fiction your just like, woah thats amazing. because i could never in a million years think of anything in that way. you know? its like i learn in my dreams. its mostly weird because the way these people are phrasing it doesnt come close to the way i talk or use grammar. not like its country grammar or whatever but its different. im just in awe.

Is it true when people say that if you had a good dream that you liked...and if you don't tell anyone...it will come true? And if you do tell someone...it wont come true...is it true?? I don't think so...but I don't know...I think it's possible...what do you think? Is it possible? Thanks!

I saw that i am going to marry with my cousion and i am wearing bridal dress and crying that i don't want to marry and i don't have any feelings with him but nobody is considering my request...and all peoples act as they havnt listen to me..and then sister of groom show me the room.....where i wait for him

in reality i dont like that person.......he is good looking....but due to his attitude and relatively low status ........i don't have any feelings with him

In my dream i was in a coffin "dead", and i was looking at myself while the song "My Immortal" from "Evanescence" was playing, and it has been on my mind for a long time, and the night after i had that dream i had another, but in this one my Best Friend was looking at me, the same things happened, then the next night i had a dream that i was looking at my Best Friend in a coffin!..what does all this mean, im telling u this scared me really bad cause i dont know what it means, however i was told that when you have a dream of a death that it means that there is goin to be a birth, but for me to dream like this about myself and then my best friend is crazy cause both of us are "gay" and we dont do the whole "girl" thing, im 21, and he is 23. we have been friends for about 2 yrs, and i was just wondering y i would be having dreams like this? if u could get back to me thanks!

Although it's never *exactly* the same, I do have two plots that keep recurring in my dreams, and I want them to stop! In one, I'm back in high school (I'm 24 now) and I have to ride the bus home, but I don't know which bus to get on. I am always frantically trying to find out which bus is the right one, and scared that I won't get home. I have dreams like this at least once a month, and it's annoying.

I've also had several dreams that I'm at the beach when a tsunami hits, and I'm scared about whether my kids were killed. (I've always found them so far.) The tsunamis always come out of nowhere, without the "drawing back of the water" that happens in real life. These dreams are pretty much nightmares, instead of mere annoyances.

So is there a way to stop recurring dream plots? These dreams do bother me a lot (yes, even the bus one) and I'm looking for a way to stop them.

Last night I had this dream and I've got really scared. I was traveling by car in many cities/countries. That's not so scary. But the weird thing is that my left arm was mutilated. My left palm was amputated down but the wound was open & I could see what was inside. I think this is the first dark/horror dream I ever had. I want serious people to answer to my question.

This was such a powerful dream I cant stop thinking about it. I stood on land on the inland with me looking at the sea and being the centre point of swirling pitch black sea rising at 45 degree angles very high above myself on both sides. The funny thing is that there was no wind and it happened infront of my mother's house 600km from the coast.

I keep having a nightmare where I am being attacked by a bear but at the same time, my husband is in the dream and does nothing to prevent it. Example; Walking through the woods, we come upon a bear, we are running to get away, we reach a cabin, my husband enters the cabin but when I try to get in he prevents me from entering I am pounding on the door for him to let me in but he doesn't. I wake up as the bear approaches me. There have been others of the same type. I cannot explain this type of dream. Does anyone have any idea's of what the bear in the dream might symbolize. My husand says he has to really shake me to get me awake because I am screaming. Any idea's will be appreciated. Thanks.

I keep having this dream over and over but it's a little different each time. In the dream I'm back in high school (I'm only 19 so it hasn't been that long since I've been out) and there's a school shooting. Everytime I have the dream it's extremely realistic and I feel like I'm really there. I always see who the shooter is and I can see the students around me and they're people that I really did graduate with! Last night I had the dream again but this time I was shot (all the other times I've had this dream I got away). There's always warning that the shooting is about to start and we always try to get away, last night they made an announcement over the intercom and the other night it was that a girl saw the shooter and yelled out that he had a gun. What could this mean?? I feel weird for having this dream, my finance keeps telling me I'm watching the news too much but I haven't even seen anything on the news about school shootings in awhile. Where could this be coming from?

So I can't remember how it started, but i do remember I was at a baseball field and I was seating on these benches with a couple of guys. And there was this guy I like. And I was saying some jokes and evrybody was laughing. Then I noticed the guy I liked was looking down at his shoes. So I saw his shoes and I though damn I love his shoes the were tight.So then he looked at my shoes and I looked at him like wow back off.So then we went back up. And I was trying to make him jelous so i started messing with these other guys.And then this tall due showed up and he picked me up. He held me sideways so it was like i was running on the walls.He then left me on a tall cabinet.And he lef!So then i saw another smaller cabinet next so i tried to jump on it.And this other guy showed up and started annoying me. And just when I was jumping on the small cabinet he pulled it out.And I fell on the grass.Then i was like u could have killed me!

So I had a dream that I basically fell in love with my friend's boyfriend. I feel terrible! And it was only a dream! My friend, she is such a sweet and perfect girl and we are really close... I feel like I betrayed her because of my dream! It's so weird.. Her boyfriend, I have always thought he was cute but absolutely nothing beyond that. I am actually quite good friends with him as well.

But in my dream... Even though I felt bad about taking her boyfriend away from here.. I liked being kissed by him. I felt so happy in my dream.

I had a similar dream about a month or so ago.. Where I kissed a boy that I had a crush on but I no longer like him.

If it makes any difference, my ex-boyfriend broke up with me in June... It was my first serious relationship and I'm still not over it..

None of this makes sense to me!

When i was a kid, i used to have this recurring nightmare. Well, it was more like a night terror, as the actual dream wasn't that scary, i just woke up in a panic. I was crouched down at the side of a railway track and there was a train coming. I had to accomplish a task (i don't know what, that wasn't an issue in the dream) before the train went past me. But the point was, i knew it was impossible, as it only took a few seconds for the train to get to me. It was a weird dream, but i had it lots of times. What does it mean?

around the casket listening to the eulogy be read. So I inch into the crowd to lean over the casket to see the deceased, when I look into the casket it's me thats dead. The dream was black & white (I usually remember if there is color) and I wake up when I notice who is dead..what the hell does that mean?????

so i moved this year to a new school and my friend who ive known since kindergarten was telling me his dream. he had 2 about me. we have always had a really flirty relationship.
okay so the one night he told me that i was laying next to him/on top of him.. and that he couldnt remember the rest. but i think we both know something happened. and then he said the next night that we rode sea doos out to an island and watched the sunset. so what does all this mean?

I had a dream I was dying and I could feel the?

cpr and the tube going down my throat and hear and feel everyl ittle thing going on around me. It is scary when I wake up. What could this mean. I do work in a emergency room so I see this frequently on the other hand I do have heart problems. Could my dreams be warning me of something?

Its pretty consistent and I've had this dream around 5 - 6 times. The scenarios/settings are always different but the theme is the same:
I am taking off in a commercial jet, just as I've done the 6 times I crossed the ocean. The plane doesn't seem to be able to achieve altitude and then it starts to fall from the sky. Usually it will turn on it's side. I most often wake up from fright before anything major happens, but one time I stayed asleep and the plane crashed landed on the highway. I made it out without a scratch.
I love travel, but every time I think about getting back on a plane my pulse begins to race. This fear came about when I was 15. I crossed the pond for the fifth time heading to Italy. I stayed awake for the 24hr trip because I was scared. It was the same when I returned at the age of 18. When I was a kid, I loved to fly. I loved it with a passion. In fact, I thought I would become a pilot. I'm about to take a trip to Colorado and I would like some reassurance. TY!!

I WAS IN MY GIRLFRIEND’S CAR ALONG WITH TWO OF MY FRIENDS, WE WENT TO SOME PARK OR SOMETHING LIKE A PARK AND IT WAS A GLOOMY NIGHT, IT WAS DARK.
WE WERE ALL INSIDE THE CAR JUST LOOKING OUT AT THE PARK TOWARDS TREES SURROUNDING A DARK PATH. WE GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND WITHOUT MUCH THOUGHT, WALKED TO IT. AS WE APPROACHED THE PATH, WE WERE ABLE TO SEE LESS OF THE CAR AND MORE BUSHES, TREES AND THE BEAT UP GROUD BENEATH.
SUDDENLY WE SAW A COUPLE HOLDING HANDS SPEEDWALKING THE OPPOSSITE DIRECTION. THE MAN WAS WEARING WHAT LOOKED LIKE A TUX OR SUIT AND THE GIRL HAD ON A WHITE DRESS. BEHIND THEM WALKED A PRIEST WITH THE SAME URGENCY. AND YET BEHIND HIM WE SAW A MAN SKIPPING INSANELY AND THROWING HIS HANDS WILDLY IN THE AIR TO THROW FLOWERS … WITH A MASK .. SEEING THE MAN RUNNING AT OUR DIRECTION WE ALL GOT SCARED, IN A PANIC I THOUGH ‘O CRAP WHAT TO DO?, WHAT TO DO?, AND SUGGESTED HIDING BEHIND A BUSH THAT WOULDN’T HIDE A SQUIRL THINKING ‘WELL WHATS HE REALLY GOING TO DO?’ . YOU GUYS SAID ‘NO THAT WON’T WORK’, SO WE RAN AS QUICKLY AS WE COULD. AS I WAS RUNNING, I HEARD THE MAN WITHOUT HIM SAYING A WORD, HE WAS IN MY HEAD, ‘IM GOING TO KILL YOU THAT’S WHAT IM GOING TO DO’ IN A CALM VOICE, AND SAW A BASEBALL SPINNING IN A CIRCLE TOWARDS ME WITH A HAPPY FACE ON IT, (ALL IN MY HEAD).

Yes, I've dreamt about dying in my dreams a few times as I asked about in my last question. But mostly (almost every night) I dream about:
- running away from or
- falling off of
something. When I run away from something, it's always something that's not exactly terrifiying (like a monster or anything) just something that I know I don't want to be around.
But it's the falling dreams that are the worst. I always get to the very edge of a high cliff or building or rail, almost pull myself over, but then slip and fall.
In all my 23 years I've never actually pulled myself up over that railing or building ledge or cliff. Ever.
So what do you think?

The last few nights Ive been having dreams that I have been murdered. I keep getting shot. I dont know by who, just strangers. I do get scared because I live near Philly and there are new murders, kidnappings, rapes, etc.. each day. Do you think it is bothering me? Or do you think it could be something else? Thanks!
