Teeth falling out in a dream can mean several different things. Old folk lore likes to make it out like some terrible thing will happen if you have a dream like this, but I disagree.
Teeth, the mouth, the throat, all relate to communication. There are probably some pretty harsh words that need to be said by you, and you aren't saying them. Fear of confrontation? Fear of hurting someones feelings? Or more than likely, fear that saying what needs to be said will lead to social excommunication.
The purpose of teeth is to chew. Chewing is the process of breaking down food so it can be swallowed and digested by the stomach. So, without teeth, one can not preform this vital function to survival. What this means to the dreamer when taken as symbolic for life circumstances is that someone in your life may be dishonest with you. Like the old saying "that's hard to swallow."
Sometimes, its about the lies we tell ourselves or others. The best advice i can give on this type of dream is to change your communication style in waking life. Say what needs to be said. Speak honestly to others and honestly to yourself.

Check out dreammoods.com. I just went there and looked up teeth falling out, and it said that this is the most common dream submitted to them to interpret. Apparently losing your teeth represents feeling insecure and concern for the way other perceive you.

I read that dreaming about loosing your teeth could be a sign of your fear of losing control over a situation or your life. Is someone else trying to control your life.
how about at work do you feel like you are losing control over the battle things like that

i have too.
it can be a fear of mortality or old age i've read.
or many other fears.
i kept losing teeth throughout my dream, it was just a minor part of the entire thing, no one else in the dream even noticed. i had two hands full of teeth & kept spitting more out as the dream progressed... it was weird.
