For the past couple of nights, I have been having this really strange dream, and this is what happens:
I find myself standing in front of this gigantic house, the only way I can get to this house is to climb down this really steep hill, and once I'm inside the house, i notice that it needs to be fixed up and I as continue to walk around this house I find this bag in one of the rooms and in the bag there are a ton of birds, mama birds and baby birds and the closer I got to this bag, they all started to fly away. In this dream there is only one other person with me, and it is my mom.
Does anybody have idea why I would dream about a house that I have never been to or even seen? and what about the birds? I have searched all those dream interpretation sites and I couldn't find anything that would help me.

I'm always dreaming that I am hired by an old man and his five sons to cook, clean, and take care of the home. They are wonderful to me and very protective. In the dream though, I am supposively invited to a dance and one of the sons is hoping to take me. When the day of the dance arrives, he is waiting only to find out I'm not going because I never received an official invitation. He doesn't believe me and leaves mad. Upon arriving at the dance, he asks the hostess to see the guests list and my name is not on it, so he comes back and finds me crying and apologizes. What do you think about this wild fairy tale of a dream?

About dreams, please answer all questions.?
1. why do we have dreams, what purpose do they serve, no one in history has ever solved the peice to this puzzle, only Freud said it is your subconcious trying to live out subliminal desires; however no one wants to be raped, car accident and all of the bad stuf that comes with certain dreams so i can throw his theory out the window.2. why do ppl look different in dreams yet we know it is suppost to be a certain person, but they look totally different and finally, why do even the most memorable/most important dreams we forget entirely, like it is wiped clear from our brains, even if we try to remember them all day or even as soon as getting out of bed, they vanish, why is that????? Can any body shed some light on the mystery we call a dream, i'll tell you one thing, 1 peson in this world will be really rich and famous if anyone can ever figure this **** out!!!

Face it, the US Dollar is in the tank. I've never seen US currency so low overseas. Cost of living has skyrocketed, gasoline, heating fuel and milk has reached never before seen prices. Housing has always been overvalued. The subprime loans are just corrupt banking practices like the savings and loan scams. In my opinion we might end up paying for another bank bailout. Isn't the US economy just a house of cards waiting for a small breeze?

I'm just curious if it's only the US paying these outrageous prices. The lowest price per gallon for 87 in my town is $3.15.

I mean like I ahve weird dreams about people I dont even know or they will be about what the future brings. But is it possible that the person in your dream is having the same dream? What if you were destine to be with them and dont even know how t ofind them. And what you are supposed to die, can that be avoided? I think that anything is possible but this one dream is holding me back- its like a police investigation where if they dint find all the clues they dont know who has done it.

Why Can't Women Just Put The Seat Down Before They Use The Toliet? Are Women Just Not Able To Look And Say Hey Maybe I Should Put The Seat Down Before I Use The Toliet. I Don't Get Why Guys Have To Raise The Seat And Lower It If Women Can't Even Lower It. It Just Isn't Right. I Put The Lid Down Personally It Just Makes Sense To Me That Way Nothing Can Fall Into The Toliet Like Cell Phones And Stuff. So Can Anyone Tell Me Why Can't Women Do This Themselves.

I mean young as in 7 or 8. Is there some internal thing that causes them to know or feel that they are not supposed to cry in front of others (like other than mom)

My son seems to feel that way

in life what is the most important lesson you have learned??
mine would be... if you are going to take the time to destroy something be sure to start growing something else before hand... for when the thing you destroy is gone you still have something to take care of.

A reasearch project, which can be literature review, naturalistic observation, an experimental study, and interviewm or a survey. Topic related to developmental pyschology. It should be SPECIFIC rather than general. Nothin broad like genetics. Ex. "How genetics factors affect a persons temperament and personality: A review of monozygotic twins raised apart,' theoretical perspectives on a child psychology should be relied on to organixe my paper.

This morning I dreamed that me and my buddies were ordering food and when we got it delivered my friend was flipping an odd looking gold coin in his fingers. It was shaped somewhat like a sunflower or a sun and he was saying " Hey what is an Amero worth?" I took it from him and said "Do you know what this is? It's the end of the United States."

It sounds as though many lifestyle options that are becoming popular - telecommuting, homeschooling, and other options - lead to families spending more time together. Some have theorized that the industrial revolution, and the public schooling that came later, have caused problems for families. Once industry was taken out of the home and into factories, families were split up during the day. After that, children began to be sent to schools rather than learning at home. (There were always a few schools available to the very rich, but the majority of kids have always learned at home.)

What do these changes mean for families? Do you think that the number of people working from the home will continue to grow? How about the number of homeschoolers? Will our families be stronger because of this, or we will be more divided within society?

I have 3 dogs. One of them keeps coming to me, in my dreams. He speaks English, and once he told me, "I'm only here on the weekends." This morning, he said, "I know that I am your favorite dog." I told him to wait, and that I had more questions for him. It seemed so real. I think I even said back to him, "I KNEW you could talk!" What the heck does this mean?

My next door neighbors are real pains in my as$.The woman is always going on and on,whenever she sees me outside, about all her new material possessions. Finally,I had had enough, and wrote her a short note saying please leave me alone, that I am a single mom of 4 who can afford nothing new,(she already knew that),and I am also caretaking for my sick, elderly parents who are homebound and live not far from me.I don't need, nor do I want to hear, her bragging...basically that was the essence of the letter;it was not nasty, just to the point. That was 2 days ago...and I heard nothing from them.Today I was trying to do some yardwork, when the husband screams over the fence,"Good morning,Mary Beth...have a wonderful day."--in a very over-the-top,sarcastic tone.
I did not respond and just kept raking my leaves. What would you have done?

I have discovered that about myself a couple of months back. It really bothers me. That is one thing I dislike about myself. I don't think before I speak. Gets me in trouble a lot. Most of the stuff that I say when I am mad, I don't mean, and wish I could change.
My question is, should I have to try THIS hard to not to think irrationally? How can I teach myself not to jump the gun when I am mad? It is like I need time to think before I speak! lol
Is this normal?? I'm serious. When I am mad, I get antsy and nervous (I tense up) then when I have time to sit down and rationalize, I am fine.
I would say things out of anger then 20 minutes later realize I said something I didn't mean..and feel stupid for that.
Is something wrong with me, or is this a little nic in my personality that I can fix on my own? I am very proud of myself because I have been really working on it. Just don't think I should have to try that hard to NOT say or FEEL what I really don't feel...does that make since?
