Walking on a mobile phone is difficult but, at least in the US, legal.
If a man is able to walk on the phone I see no reason why he couldn't talk at the same time.

The intercourse of the guy has no longer something to do with it. some human beings play the television's quantity too loud. My roommate does this and it drives me nuts. you may hear that rattling element all over the homestead

Women can drive and do 5 things at the same time successfully lol.
And I'm sure men can talk and walk at the same time... I've seen it done! =) Of course it does require some brains which not all men have....

Either gender CAN do it, but women seem to have this compulsive need TO do it. On any given day, I see far more women with a cell-phone to their ear than I do men.

Yeah but obviously a woman can't drive and do ANYTHING else at the same time. Women are horrific at it.
