i had a horrible dream 2 nights ago. i was at a small furniture store and there were about 9 women there shopping. all of a sudden 2 guys come in the store they were masked and were holding guns on both their hands. They lock every door in the store and yelled at us to get on the floor and put our faces on the floor they kept yelling that if we didnt cooperate they were going to kill us. At the beginning of the dream the two robbers were just screaming that if we did something they didnt like we were going to die. Then they started killing, they killed one girl just because she moved . they would kill them for little stupid reasons. i remember that in my dream i kept my body and face down on the floor closing my eyes and thinking any minute now i will be next to die. in my dream i felt scared and hopeless and i feel this uncertenty of wether or not i was going to live or die at any minute if i did anything that would make them mad. what does this mean?

I know that Y!A isn't the place to get diagnosed with a mental disorder, but since I can't afford a shrink at the moment, I'll make do with what I've got. I have been formally diagnosed with ADHD, but when I read about Asperger's syndrome, some of the symptoms sound eerily familiar. Like many with ADHD and Asperger's syndrome, I have poor social skills, I am not physically well-coordinated (I have a distinctive gait and I can't even ride a bike!), I sometimes speak in an inappropriate tone (too loud), and I have had difficulties in math. However, I feel that some of the descriptions of Asperger's don't necessarily apply to me. For example, it's said that aspies often fail to read facial expressions and often fail to appreciate sarcasm or irony. This definitely doesn't apply to me! I don't really know if it could be said that I have language peculiarities. I sometimes speak excessively formally, but I actually make it a point to do so, so that I won't come across as uneducated.

I keep having dreams about sharks, they never eat or bite anyone, just i keep swimming away. They always change, like the other day i had to get my brother away from the shark, and it kept coming back.
It feels like i have the dreams just before i wake up, i dont know if it actually i, but i remember it so well.

I've been reading some about ADHD and Asperger's syndrome. I've been formally diagnosed with ADHD, and I suspect that I might have Asperger's syndrome. However, it seems to me that the two have an awful lot in common. After all, both ADHDers and aspies sometimes tend to miss subtle social cues, speak in an inappropriate tone, take figurative speech literally, be physically awkward, and have difficulties in math and handwriting. Since the two disorders have so many similarities, is it possible for a person to be diagnosed with one disorder, but actually have the other disorder instead?

I'm looking down at this big space in the middle of nowhere and all I can make out is three dots. One dot has written M on it, one has B and the last dot has PR and I think they were separated by water. And I was falling right into the middle of three dots.

There's this "girl" at work who is clearly a man. She wears way too much makeup to hide her stubble, has no woman hips, and has a manly build/face. She told 1 manager that she has 3 kids and a husband. Her drivers license said she was born in 1981. Her sex/gender is scratched out. She said she got married at 12 and has been married 25 years... Her oldest kid is supposedly 15. So being married at 12 with a 15 year old makes her about 37. But by her license she's only 26. Then just the other day she told someone else that she was born in 1964 which would make her over 40. She looks around her early 30's but it's hard to tell with all the makeup (you can clearly see the line where makeup ends and skin begins).

She's also lied about many other things at work from money to kids. She also said she got her tubes tied but then complained about cramps... I'm wondering if she can't help it or if she knows what she's doing and there's a possibility of some other mental issues. Any thoughts?

I realized a lot of people said the genders are equal because they "compliment each other".

But if that were true... people would seek out more friends and relationships (non-sexual) with the opposite gender than the same gender.

Men and women only seem to compliment each other when its time for sex and having kids. Thats why when men and women first meet each other, they size each other up for compatibility and attractiveness before anything else.

But socially and daily, men and women don't really have a need or desire to interact with each other. The desire to interact with the opposite sex is always based on sex/love/experience.

This is not to say that men and women don't get along as friends and interact well. I'm just saying we are more likely to seek out the same gender for friendship and the opposite for experience/sex/love. This is true for most animals.

50% divorce rate

80% break-up rate (non-married)

Once the sex/kids/love is gone most people move on...
