It's not necessarily because you actually want to have any sort of sexual relationship with him.
It's my understanding that these dreams usually are telling you that you are feeling comfortable and confident of the relationship. Sexual relations tend to be done with people that you trust not just anyone you see on the street. It also can put you in a vulnerable position and your dream is telling you that you don't feel vulnerable around your boss.

First of all, you probably see your boss more than your husband or your boy friend.
Projecting kissing your boss rather than any other guy is normal. In this case, he is only the symbol of your desire. You may be seeking for some attention. That attention may be at work; however, it blended into relationship you may desire for. That may be why you dreamed about him being kissed. Women are attracted to authority figures/daddy figures so your dream is just a manisfestation of that attraction. You may not have a physical attraction to him, but women are wired to desire authority figures (alpha males).

I think it's normal to dream about authority figures, especially ones you see often. Maybe it's just your sexuality as a woman coming out to dominate the situation (i.e. your work)!
