Is it possible to study with other students? Have you sought extra help from your instructors or from the learning lab? I would exhaust those possibilities first. You might need to study more or differently. Relax. If you are worried or tense then it's going to more difficult to really learn. Maybe try yoga and meditation. edit: I would go over the concepts and just try to do as many problems as you can. There are guide books that break down chemistry and physics that are somewhat useful. But for me when I was studying physics and chemistry, I just kept studying the material and tried to do as many problems as I could. I went to my dad for help (physics, not so much chemistry). With chemistry I just went to my instructor and other students. One thing to maybe keep in mind is that physics and chemistry are very structured so once you really understand what to do then it seems to become easier. My father who is an electrical engineer excels in Physics and Calculus. He told me it's because there are rules that you need to follow so it's pretty easy. It seems like you just need to know and understand the rules.
