The future is everything!!!!!
People need to look after their finances, family, friends and them selves. living in the moment causes people to get in lots of debt and destroys lives.
think of your health for the next potential 80 years??????
if more people worried about the future then maybe society wouldn't be like it is!
INFACT ... all these terrorists need to think about the future ------ think of the impact it has on other islamic people, thier kids and all these countries being dragged down by a small minority of people!
America needs to think about the future ..... they are going to get what is coming to them soon, you cannot bully the rest of the world and expect not to get f*cked up in the "future" .. too much living for the moment!

You should plan for the future.. but not be "obsessed" with it. After all... so much of it is out of your control anyway. You can only control what 'you' do. You have no control over other people and unexpected occurrences.
You can eat healthy to live long and get hit by a bus tomorrow. Know what I mean?

Yes but you need to be wealthy to maintain such a lifestyle. For regular grassroot ppl in modern society, it`s almost impossible to live without planning. In fact very few live for the moment. It would be easier, in a less developed society to live for the moment.

Living in the moment enables you to live in peace with yourself and the surrounding world. If you bring in the future, you bring in worries and thereby suffering. Suffering doesn´t make you happy, does it?

I don't agree. if you don't plan for the future, your present can be unhappy.
