Couple times in my life I had such a huge stress that I literally get sick after it. First time it was a driving lesson and I was so afraid that I lost control over my emotions, so many cars around, so many things going on, I felt frightened and thought I will never be able to drive. When I got out from my car I was drenched with sweat and next couple days practically spent in bed. Every time I tried to get up I felt dizziness and had to come back to bed.
Second time it happened after job interview, I was so obviously shaking and then got sick again. Of cause I didn't get a job.
But the point is that after those two incidents I noticed my concentration felt drastically, is it possible that part of my brain functioning less efficiently AFTER it? And what I can do to fix it, if possible?

West Side Story is my favorite musical and favorite movie. For decades every now and then I'd dream about it: continuing the story, revising the story, being backstage or in a minor role in a production of it.

Well, a couple of nights ago I dreamed I was playing Maria! I'm not the type: I'm tall and large, I'm not a true soprano, and now I'm middle-aged. Now I wasn't on stage; I was in my college dorm room, and I was wearing a dull tan skirt and a blouse. I was listening to a radio announcement saying the person playing Maria in this production of WSS was missing. Then I realized that person was me! Now there was blood on my skirt, probably menstrual blood. I remembered that Maria is in the first scene of Act II, so I'd better hurry! I tried to remember what my lines where, and hoped I could fake it if I had to.

I went to the bathroom on the same floor as my dorm room (fifth floor). It was crowded, I assume with theatergoers.

like, today, i was at an IMAX 3D, and i just couldnt handle it. there were like, 70ppl there(give or take), and with that, and the 3D effects, i felt isolated and closed off, and, i panicked.

i coldnt calm down at all till one of my friends realized i was curled up in my seat not looking at the way-cool coral formations and fishes(Aliens of the deep was the tytle of the movie)...she reached out and huged me, and i could focouls a little better, but i couldnt compleatly calm down till the film was done and the little kiddoes left(1st-3rd) so i could pace a little.

what is wrong w/that? i dont mind small places usualy, but....and i usualy can handle groups, what happened?

Many people don't want to say they're a feminist, because of the stigma, being labeled a man-hating lesbian. this has been extremely affecting me.I can't learn to like them they just really scare me.I've ignored this for years hoping I'd overcome this but that didn't happen. it was my 16th night of trying it

I cant remember it all but i was at my old elementary school and all of the sudden it hit me! i thought " holy crap im dreaming". i staid calm so i wouldnt wake up. i asked my self questiond like how did i get here and stuff and knew i was dreaming.i seen someone walking and i thought " im gona make that guy freeze" he froze.
After that i couldnt realy controll what other people did or what the enviroment around me did.
For a while i just talked to my dream people. all of a sudden i just found my self bowling with a hot girl.i dont remember bowling but i do remember being at the bowling alley.
I didnt try to do anything extra ordanary for some reason but it was still realy fun and exiting.I remember going outside and looking at the skys and trees. they looked so real and it was just awesome how my brain can make stuff look so real and make me feel like im in a diferent world. i was so deep in my dream my alarm didnt wake me up till like 10 minuits after the time i set it for. i cant wait till next time

QUESTIONS

1. when i get more skilled will i be able to think better in my dream?
2. when i get more skilled can i controll the people and enviroment?

I've heard that women avoid dangerous jobs, so that's why men are paid so much to perform these jobs (I guess because less people apply for them?) Do you think women avoid dangerous jobs more than men? Why or why not? Would you be worried about applying for a job that was considered a "man's job"? Would you worry about how you would be treated by your co-workers?

Many women are in the US military and more and more are on the front lines. But instead of less women applying for the military, the numbers have increased, and when they get permission to apply for more dangerous positions, they do. So are women really afraid to apply for dangerous jobs, or are there other factors at play?
