Actually, yes. My brother has always been somewhat more girly than I have, going so far as to adore the Powerpuff Girls (I s**t you not). But he has autism, which I think explains his many quirks. For example, his vast reserves of completely useless knowledge about animals.

The only sibling I have is the same sex as I am so I have no idea of what having an opposite sex sibling would even be like. I've had friends who had opposite sex siblings so I guess it would be different than having one of the same sex.

I'm sure my sisters have thought it for me, and I've thought it for others, but in the end I think everyone was born the way they were supposed to be (and I'm not talking about the way God wanted them to be).

That's what makes people individual, quirky, and unique, so forget the differences and just enjoy the people.
