The first thing you need to learn is that you only are responsible for your OWN actions. You cannot control those around you.
If you are giving too much of yourself take some time alone to remember why you like others, and what it is about them you like. Don't allow outside influences or possessive thoughts to alter the truth.
You would not have posted here if you did not have an inkling of hope that someone would care to listen. Take care.

You need a hobby to take your mind off things. We've been through a good few years like this after losing out only child and now we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Get a hobby or join a college and take a course in whatever interests you. We also got a dog, she will listen to all sorts of drivel we spout and takes you for walks to meet other like minded doggy owners. She doesn't mind if we have an off-day. She'll bring her toys for you to play with when you're down. Take no notice of what people say or do, in the end it's you that matters. Hope this helps. Have a nice evening.

In a place of work the place there is fairly a super amont of workers, i think of that to them 'you' are merely yet another worker. Your expendable, they might replace you the following day if choose be, human beings continually choose jobs. then you've the human beings you paintings with who're money oriented, and all they think of roughly is stepping up on the occupation ladder, and have no cares for every physique else. yet i think of, in the adventure that your no longer in a job that makes you chuffed, why no longer attempt something new, comprehend your pastimes, and attempt and discover any paintings with regards to it. they say workout releases experience stable hormones, what some interest you liked once you have been youthful? meet up with a wellbeing club perhaps? perhaps your courting desires a p.c..-me-up, if funds and schedules enable perhaps you ought to take a short wreck. Failing that, a night out perhaps Or a night in romantic meal, merely something distinctive from the norm. in user-friendly terms you could substitute issues, and Im helpful as quickly as you place the wheels in action, you would be nicely, off.

Then if you know you are right about not being able to trust anyone. then what are you doing asking a bunch of people who you don't know about your problems and then take our answers seriuosly..
Stop all of the crap. You control your happiness no matter what happens around you. Right now I would give you the maturity of a 15 year old. All of us (me almost 49) have plenty of issues...it is how you handle it and self pity isnt a positive way nor will it help you get better. Sometimes you just have to say WTF and oh "go Sr&*^W it" and just move on.

It´s difficult to know how to help, you give so little information!
Everybody has felt similar feelings from time to time, and then bounce back, but everyone needs a little help from time to time, ignore the idiots who tell you to pull yourself together, or some such other rubbish, if you are feeling really low, then seek professional medical help, there are enough amateur psychologists out there to keep you reading all night!
