Even for those that hold belief in dreams having meaning it remains essential to know the cultural background of the person that has been visited by the dream. Snakes do have similar meanings throughout the world, however those meanings are opposite sides of the same coin!

Many dream books point to snakes as symbols of sexuality...and most definelty, temptation. Are you sexually tempted in some way? Maybe another form of temptation? Notice that you made it safely thru the other side of the room.
