Last night, I had a dream that my dad, my mom, and I were in a hotel room (I don't know where) and my parents were fighting, and my dad was blaming me for things, then I started yelling at him back and he opened the window and my mom and I thought that he would jump about 100-200 Feet to his death below, but before he jumped, I pulled him from the window into the hotel room. My mom and dad, and dad and I don't have the best relationship, so what does this mean?

i space out all the time, even if im doing something important. if i do anything for too long i begin to space out and not pay attention to what im doing. this can get really dangerous if im doing something dangerous. how can i learn how to pay attention without use of medications

im 21, open to changes yet tight with my principles in life. love being with people age ranging 40-60s. can cope up with younger ones of whatever age and many types of personalities. but at my most comfort with old folks til they start being awkward and think younger ones will never have the same wisdom like they do.

I am feeling slightly depressed due to the reason that I have a proactive competitor in my profession who has had some oversmarting victories over me. It is not so that he's more knowledgeable and sucessful always, but he has had outstanding luck at several instances. I'm into media having creativity driven job by nature. I also have an edge of having more innovations oriented approach. I have had several outstanding innovations creeded in my job, which have been appreciated even by the experts at some instances but since last few months I'm feeling dejected and evasive and need to recharge myself. Can anybody guide me on tips for the same? I also have a negative of not having friends since my childhood. So, at most instances I do not get anybody to talk about anything as such. Please contribute.

My husband has a past of yelling, throwing things around the house and at me,etc. People have said he is controling and he's about wanting power. It has been hard for me to see this...my husband is now taking online classes and will be getting finical aid between now and Sept, but we are not sure when. So once every once in a while i ask him do you know how much we are getting yet? (we are using some for bills). Last night he got angry with me and said do you trust me to tell you? I said yes, but to me this is not an issue of "TRUST". To him i should ask one time, and if i TRUST him I should not ask ever again. I told him this a free country and i have every right to ask what i want, he said go ahead but he will get mad at me, or he will not answer me. I was afraid of him exploding but I told him that I think he uses the term TRUST to try to control me what i can ask and not, when really its an issue about control, he has done this with other things that iask about as well. please help

I want to know what everyone thinks. I know for sure that I would much prefer to have a man who can take care of me while I take care of him in return by maintaining our home, raising our children and caring for his needs.

Men, would you prefer someone to be the counterpart to your efforts? Or would you rather another money earner?

I'm all for women going to work and such if they want, but I do think the old ways seem to be the best ways, and a lot of people agree with me.

Let me remind you again that this is truly silly. I always listen to my fave radio station and I have my own fave dj. Well.. I saw him once at some events but didnt wanna say hi though i wanted to coz he s out with some celebrites. Dont get me wrong. Im not a young chick having crushes. He s actually ugly lol. But he moved me on radio coz he s the only dj I know who s amusing, funny, warm and shared his insights and personal experience on air.

Geez this might just get sillier, get ready guys... Well you know how you can send msgs to the radio station rite, I mean its common to over here. I sent some msg abt a topic this dj was discussing about on air. He actually replied personally and somehow we began text msging, having friendly talks. He used the radio station's system to text msg me.

Anyways this has been going on for quite a while, when he s on air, during his shift. Pls bear in mind, Im not interested in him romantically. I have a bf. (to becontinued)

I feel bad and strange about this.
I am actually a person who treats those I care about and even most strangers I meet with kindness.
But sometimes when I hear in the news of something bad happening to a person, or even a large group of people like sometimes from a natural disater or something, I seem to take some kind of, not pleasure, but like satisfaction of some type in it. Others times, I feel very compassionate for the people. The only thing that comes to my mind is it is the distorted result of a competitive drive within me?

In the past there have been researchers who say that people who have dreamt about God are about to pass over or died.....This is NOT the case..I have dreamt about God all of my life!!! Ive hugged HIM. talked to HIM about my life , he had guided me and helped with things..and I wake up feeling so at peace...I also love to PRAY regularly and always have my whole life....Had this happened to anyone else???

how does it come by? pessimism is learnt when a kid mirrors his depressed family/peers etc and that nobody is born pessimistic.

ever noticed a baby, fearless of falling, always getting up to try again?

why dont we just bounce back from all the failures or perceived failures and get stronger?

why do we get pulled down and affected by people's mean words to us?

why do we so desire human companionship and acceptance that we feel down in the dumps when no one wants to partner us in a project, practical or in a game? [im feeling rejected, i dont hv a partner for all my projects, all my practicals, and practically no friends to speak of at all - in class]

how do we overcoem all these? well yea we need to change our mindsets, but what is a really effective way to do so?

Ok for the past two years I keep having the same dream about my ex fiance. Its always so real and in the dream we both know that we are married to different people now and all but we still are in love.We kiss,hold one another and everything and he always has to answer his phone when his wife calls in the dream and then it usually ends.I don't talk to him at all anymore and I have been married for over a year.He married this girl that he worked with 3 months after we broke up and we were together for over two years.My husband and I fight ALOT and he's very verbally abusive.All I know is that I dream this all the time and when I wake up,I actually can feel how hurt I am.I even cry when I wake up.Can someone please help me to understand what is going on.I need some friends not anyone being dumb about this because I cant take it anymore,I miss him sooo much!!!
