I asked this question a long time ago, but no one had the right answer, but now I'm asking again cause it bugs me. Someone said that my brain mistakes my own presence as someone else, and I think that might be it, cause whenever I'm laying down and I feel someone there, I concentrate and find that the person I felt was there was my feet....yet I still feel like someone is there.
To describe what it's like....it doesn't happen often, maybe once a day or something. Whether it'd be sitting, laying down, standing, whatever, sometimes I feel like someone's standing to the sides or behind me. I don't hear/see anything, but I get a really strong feeling that someone is there.
After experiencing this, I walk along the walls of my house, side stepping so that I can see in both directions with my periphials.
I'm 13, and I do watch scary movies, but I know that's not it since after scary movies, I picture the scary image in my head, rather than the paranoid shadow image I get radomly
