I am at a loss as to why you would need to become a woman for family reasons. Gender reassignment is a very intense decision for a person to make for themselves, and I do not see why it would be needed for family reasons.
If on the other hand you are looking for how to soften your personality in a more typically feminine manner then it is a matter of relearning and dedication. Not sure if that was what you were wanting to know about or not though.

If 'family reasons' mean to adjust the gender ratio in the family,then there are other simpler ways to do so.How ever,if there are other compelling reasons then why ask this forum?To me it appears that you a marginal male and just on the verge of switching over to the female role.Wish you a lucky transformation and the life there after.
