thirsty for a drink of water,really thirsty,but something woke me up,and i wasnt the slightest bit thirsty at all
what does that mean

I think all it means is that you think you want something badly. Thirsting for knowledge, perhaps? Information of some kind? A particular answer?

You went to sleep with a dry mouth..a message was sent to your brain that your throat is dry. Your brain sent a message back to your saliva glands that your mouth is dry. Your saliva glands secreted and made your throat and mouth moist and you woke up natural. Its a natural dream.
