Its not the problem that matters its the approach you take.
One stand back and examine the problem
then recognise the problem and cause or hidden factor
make a list of possible solutions
weigh up the consequences and cost to each situation
then if necessary outline the problem and your recommendation to your boss if you are the boss how you dealt with it and the result.
Just make up a situation in the past where you demonstrated these skills they will not check it.
