I find that when people tell me things that I do wrong, I have a tendency to immediately deny what they are saying. Its hard for me to accept criticism.

Does anyone else feel this?

There is a belief that is becoming more popular in the U.S. and parts of Europe that the ancient pharoahs of Egypt were Black. The contradicting beliefs between historians and the media is causing a divide on whether or not this is true.

Many people believe that King Tut was black based on the fact that several statues of him found in his tomb were black. And they accuse the historians of distorting history and decieving people to believe that the pharoahs were white. (Which I don't believe because even if they were white they would be Arab not Black) There are many arguements for both sides of the debate.

First of all there is no proof of skin tone. (So it doesn't really matter what color they were; we'll never really know) Many of the pictures and statues of the kings and queens were several different shades and they were all based on political correctness and what the common belief of the ideal look was at the time.

I want to be able to do well in the 10th grade, and I'm having trouble focusing in class. I don't understand why I do this. I would listen at first, but then I end up thinking about something totally different. I just can't help myself! Please tell me what I should do!!!

For example, a user with a sn "**** me", what else could be the reason for their insecurity? I am part of this generation, so don't think that I am criticising from a divided point of view, that's the ironic part of it. I just can't believe how pathetic society has grown to be. Not just women, both genders exhibit qualities of sexed-up, out of control, non-intelligent losers with no particular goal-seeking interest in life.

Why? Is this how evolution follows?

I know this is petty, but I want revenge (not of the physical sort) on someone who inadvertantly spread a nasty rumor about me. I want to "mindf*ck" her (i.e. mess with her mind, so she thinks I am crazy and on edge every time i speak with her.) How can I do this to maximum effect. By the way, we are actually kind of friends and i don't want any lasting damage to be done, so psychological torture is out of the question.

I feel very depress because of this,I have a learning issue.I get panic attacks when it comes to school.I grew up going to a school where they didn't teach at all and would easily pass anyone now that i go to a new high school it's all new and they actually teach.Due to the fact that i went to an easy school let's say,I am slow at learning in my new school. i CANNOT go to a tutor so please do not recommend me.I am so afraid of failing and not being able to become the independent women i would like to be.
I am creative and isolated,I would just like to have communications with others and being able to use proper vocabulary words and passing high school.

You know the show with Tia Carrere? The one where she and her parter go and find Relics. Thats what I want to be when I get older. I know there is archeology, but I heard that is a lot of paper work and small work when what I crave is adventure. Now I'm not saying I want to be running from armed gunmen and the parts of the show that are obviously not true to life. But what kind of job would be close to what Sydney does?
