Paruresis and Parcopresis. It's actually a type of social anxiety ... but it overlaps the whole Phobia thing. Between the two of them, it means I'm afraid of being heard in the bathroom.
And, as for Papa Johnathan's comments up there, the definition of Phobia (according to Psychology) is the IRRATIONAL, persistant, and excessive fear of some situation or object, marked by the UNDESIRED and UNREASONABLE avoidance of said situation/object that interferes with the sufferer's life.
The fear of tornados and hurricanes is not irrational. However, someone who is so affraid of tornados and hurricanes that they start going into shock if they feel the wind on their skin, that would be a phobia. A fear of heights is healthy ... however, a fear of heights to such an extent that someone will not climb a step ladder to change a lightbulb -- that is a phobia.
Also, Lilaphobia is a made up fear ... there is no psychological condition by that name. A fear of tornados/etc. would just be considered a "phobia", a phobia that is not common enough to be given a name or specific course of treatment. Other phobias, such a acrophobia, are called "Specific Phobias" and are given names and have standard courses of treatment, as well as several understood courses of events that could cause the specific fear. A lot of so-called phobia lists are populated by phobias that were made up by taking a word and adding "phobia" to the end of it. The most famous "made up phobia" is Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia.
"fear of long words. Hippopoto- "big" due to its allusion to the Greek-derived word hippopotamus (though this is derived as hippo- "horse" compounded with potam-os "river", so originally meaning "river horse"; according to the Oxford English, hippopotamine has been construed as large since 1847, so this coinage is reasonable); -monstr- is from Latin words meaning "monstrous", -o- is a pseudo-Greek noun-compounding vowel; -sesquipedali- comes from "sesquipedalian" meaning a long word (literally "a foot and a half long" in Latin), -o- is a pseudo-Greek noun-compounding vowel, and -phobia means "fear"".
Hydrophobia is actually the inability of the sufferer to drink water; it's also an old name for Rabies (Hydrophobia is one of the earlier symptoms). Aquaphobia would be the fear water.
