I had a dream the other night, that I owned a house on the beach that had a driveway that led around to a garage that faced the beach. I was standing in the garage looking out at the beach, and a gigantic wave came hurtling at the shore.
While standing there in awe looking at this mile high tsunami, I felt frightened and nearly paniced. My brother was on the beach, I screamed for him to come into the garage. As the wave approaced the tide withdrew and I could see the ocean floor a mile out from where there would normally be water.

The view was amazing. The wave continued to surge toward the shore, and eventually the wave crested over the top of the house, and the sky was blocked out by this gigantic tsunami wave going over the top of the house.
Just as the bottom of the wave made it to my garage the wave broke over the top of my house and my house did not collapse.
My brother and I were saved, but when we went to inspect the damage to the city everything was dead and destroye

There are plenty of female feminists, just ask anyone and they'll at least be able to tell you these names: Valerie Solanas, Susan B. Anthony, and Oprah Winfrey (lmao). But ask someone to tell you the names of male feminists and they'll reply: ....

Why is this?

I had a dream last night and I was talking to this guy on the phone, who is my friend, and he said "I love you" before we hung up in my dream. Does anyone have a clue about wat it means. The guy is not my boyfriend and he does not love me.

Im getting married in one week and the past few nights I've had sex dreams or even just romantic dreams (no sex involved) involving other men. One dream was an exbf who I did love and occasionally miss but dont love anymore and the others were just men that I see around and don't even know.

The last one I was with a man in an aquarium thing underground (with walls glass so u can see fish) and it broke but he put his hand over my mouth and protected me from drowning. Later that night I had a dream where I saw a man I see at work sometimes and our eyes kept meeting and by end of it we started talking and fell in love and kept holding eachother.

One before that I was with my ex bf in a giant hot tub/pool with flowers and incense and we were just holding each other (nothing sexual) and some of my friends walked in and i was upset but not embarrassed, then all the flowers started to burst then I woke up.

These arn't normal for me, and I love my fiance...any insight?

I posted this same one in a different forum but than I found an actual dream interpretation forum so I figured I post it again. sorry I'm new to this. Anyway I had this dream last night where I was with my friend at my house and there was tons of snow on the ground but the air was hot and muggy and we went outside to my backyard and the ocean is in my backyard and all of a sudden my family shows up and we're eating thanksgiving dinner and when I look at the ocean there's a giant blue whale floating above the water with birds flying around it. I try to get my dads attention to look at the whale but when i look back at the whale it's sinking into the ocean tail first and it almost looked like it was dying and sinking into the ocean.

I had a dream that i was in a shopping center in a wedding dress looking for a guy. I found him in an isle and when i saw him i ran up to him, pulled back my veil and kissed him, while my brother was standing next to me. I walked around the whole shopping center holding the guy i kissed, and in real life, i don't even know who this person is, but i seemed to really love and care about him. What is this dream suppose to mean?

about relationships; why are they so scripted. There are whole websites that have things like: "What a woman means when she says fine." It just seems that there is some kind of scripting going on. How does that show facility of communication?

~~** When i realise my faults, mistakes or sins i repent truly & heartily but i don't, i mean i just can't forgive myself.
I can forgive anybody else but i never forgive myself.
I feel responsible for all my wrong doings & think that i don't deserve forgiveness no matter how little my fault maybe.**~~
All these years i have never forgiven my self for my faults.

I've always wondered that. Every time I fall asleep to Evanescence, I have a dark & eerie dream...just like the music. If I fall asleep to, say... JoJo, I usually have a happy-go-lucky dream. So does music that we listen to before we go to sleep affect our dreams? Or is it just a coincidence?

For instance - It happens most of the time with me i say & mean something & people understand something else & make out something else out of it.
Today my intimate friend is not my friend anymore because of this misunderstanding.
But what ever happened was good coz i came to know that she was something & pretended to be something else.

Often i find my dreams turn into a semi-reality. Not always but sometimes. For instance I dreamed that I would find a new job in a place starting with a 'k' and then the next day, out of the hundreds of jobs I applied for, I got one in a place beginning with a 'k'. I dreamed of winning the lottery, and then played the numbers from my dream and won a significant amount (though not the whole lottery!!!). Exam results, old friends suddendly getting in touch. Every day things happen and then I suddenly rememeber that i'd dreamed it happening last night.

The dreams aren't always acurate i.e. people in my dream may not appear in reality.

Do others have experiences like this? Do you think it's a lost sixth sense? Any other ideas to explain it?

My husband has bad dreams/nightmares almost every night, actually he will even have more than one in a night. Although it has recently been really bad, other times he does have these dreams pretty often. None of them are re-occuring specifically. I just don't know what to do to help him. The dreams really effect his mood throughout the day too. Any advice to help him sleep and dream better?

There are simply too many people. In the last 50 years, we have gained more people than were ever alive in the other four million years of homo sapiens! Obviously the earth cannot sustain a population of 6 billion people and growing, expected to reach 9 billion in the not too distant future.

Of course cruelty is a bad thing and all people are entitled to basic human rights, so I am, of course, in no way advocating genocide or mass murder or anything. Quite the opposite! What I am asking is this: how can we limit the population and bring it back to a healthy and sustainable level?

Example: Boys Toys: GI-Joe, X-Men, Toy Guns etc..

Toys for boys seem to have themes that are unreal/fantisy and don't happen normally. They also tend to have violent themes.

Example: Girls Toys: Easy Bake Oven, Play Makeup, baby dolls where you change diapers and feed.

Toys for girls seem to emulate or suggest future roles for girls who later become women. These toys also are more real or down to earth not abstract.

Why don't they make a baby doll so boys can lean to be better fathers. Or Easy bake ovens for men. Men can cook right.

Do you guys understand what I'm saying.

I know a 33 y/o guy who loves attracting attention and loves popularity. Like he will *act* really goofy in front of people just to get attention or chat up out of the blue with a woman walking her dog. This makes me feel uneasy. Coz I am the opposite. Why does he act this way?

Is it an insecure childhood? Or is it that they are used to too much attention in their childhood?
