If you can find the strength and courage to forgive others, then you can find it to forgive yourself. It's important to be able to let go of some of these things that you regret. You can't go backwards and change them, so learn from your mistakes and forgive yourself knowing that you will never make those mistakes again. It's the only way you can move on with your life. It's hard to forgive yourself for some things, I totally understand that. I don't think it's easy to forgive yourself or anyone else, but I have learned that it's necessary to be able to move forward in your life. Otherwise those thoughts and regrets hold you back and take away from your self esteem and self confidence. Keep working at it. You deserve forgiveness! Look forward not backwards!

It is common to do mistakes in all the age group. If you repent for that you are excused by the GOD. If U think that U can not excuse U , who else will excuse, please ask this question to yourself. What mistake or sin you committed nobody knows and you feel that U are responsible for that OK. Let U forget all these things , past is past. Now U are a new Girl in this world. From today onwards U are going to start a new Life, where U are not going to commit any mistake or sin . All the best Yours VRVRAO

That's great that you do!

Personally for me it depends on the gratutude of the situation. I'm very easy-going and therefor rarely take anything seriousely so most things I forget.

A few things though I could never forgive myself for, because I have yet to find something to justify my actions. I may have not known better but still I wonder how was I so ignorant when I've done unmentionable things. =]

It takes me a while to forgive my self for my sins or my mistakes. But I beleive time is a great healer, and in time my sins will be forgotten. I try to make sure I learn from all my mistakes though.

Forgiving other is a heavenly act done by humans....Its good that you can forgive others but its equally bad to not forgive our ownself
Its specially for you....even I regret for my mistakes and blame myself but I somehow manage to recover...Please dont always blame yourself, if you can forgive others then you can also forgive yourself coz if you cannot forgive yourself then how would you be able to expect others to forgive you when you do anything wrong to them

Yea .. thats true ! Even though we repent so much.. it doesn't help... we feel so bad thinking about that. The only person who can forgive is God. So we have to repent whole heartedly & wait for response from God.
