Good luck!

Don't speak to softly or timidly, hold your head up when walking, talking, be confident in your actions and in what you say, believe in yourself and your values. Read up on 'body language' - present good body language. All of the above without being over-bearing, that would just make people think you're a jerk otherwise.

Its funny, but I have none, unless I am around people i trust and respect. Ever notice how much more powerful people act and feel when they are around a group of friends? So, my answer would be have your friends follow you wherever you go! If you cant do that, than try to imagine the person you are around as easy going as your friends, and you'll find yourself calmer and easier to speak your mind.
