Hello, I need a bit of advice. I recently took a girl out last week on friday to a night out- just me and her- and I was so excited and nervous, because I cant stop thinking about her- but before I waffle on, after what I thought was a great night out, then I get told on monday that she doesnt like me in that way at all and she was just using me for drinks..........i feel like such an idiot, you know? What do I do about it?

Seriously, my friend is pretty, funny, nice as can be, fun to be with, has had offers from tons of men to date, etc., yet she always ends up with the biggest idiots who are little boys trapped in men's bodies. She always ends up trying to support them while struggling to support herself and her two kids (whose dad, by the way, is another total moron loser), and she is basically raising another kid with him. He's stolen her stuff and pawned it, punched holes in her walls, got her on heroin, which he has just recently (supposedly) stopped using ( and which she was only on very briefly and has recovered from that a while ago), he smokes marijuana, and is just a total idiot, but she "loves" him and just doesn't want to be without him. WHY??? Seriously, I am looking for a serious answer based on some real psychological reason, because I'm tired of trying to cover her *** and help her out when she doesn't even want to help herself!

I usually have very disturbing dreams but I felt such peace last night in my sleep. I had a dream I was out with my friend and we are having a nice time walking around and she puts an egg in my hand and the egg started to crack and out popped a baby chick, I have in real life been going thrugh a lot of change and adjustement and the baby chick is my dream was cute and adorable and for some reason it gave me hope that something special is going to happen. What is your interpretaion on this dream? What could this dream mean?

i keep having really dramatic, vivid dreams about my family and friends that feel totally real. this isnt just an occassional thing, its happened pretty much every night for the last month. some of them are so sad ive even woke up and started crying!! whats wrong with my brain...?

I am living in a nice house. the house next door has neighbours but I dont see them. there is this big frightening monster rolling around on my fron lawn and trying to get into my house. I have locked all windows and doors but it still keeps trying to come in the front door. Then a second monster comes and rolls on the lawn too but it is not so insistent on getting in. I shut the curtains and go to the back of the house where there is a sort of extension and I lock my back door which overlooks a nice garden with no boundaries.The monster doesnt come to the back but there is a general feeling of fear. I get a glimpse of my neighbour but she goes in her house and I do not see her again. I think, but am not sure, that there is some member of the house with me though I dont see them. I have had a similar dream to this before some time ago. What on earth does it mean?

Yesterday, I saw my 12th Grade results...All my friends got 90% whereas me I just got 69% ....I am probably at my worst phase of my life...I feel disappointed all the way...i feel i ruined my life....Everyone I know got good results....Now i ashamed to talking to anyone....My friends ...infact afraid to look into someone's eyes.....


Man i feel as if I am nothing I got no meaning my life....I feel like i had even of my life....Everything is over things can't get worse than these.....Now i am trying to stay away from my friends

I constantly feel sad when I see intact families. I feel bad because my family life did not work out. I am divorced and my child does not live with me.

I feel sad because I will never have someone that is close to me and really cares for and knows me. (my soulmate). I never had that with my ex-husband and don't think or know if I I will ever have that again.

If I visit or see or hear about other families, I see everything that I tried to have in my life, but could not. It makes me depressed.

Any suggestions about how to deal with these feelings.
