I moved away from home and with a guy I had been dateing for three years, well I moved in with him and his Dad and his dad's Girlfriend. Well It wasn't even 6 months after I moved in I found out he had been cheating on me. He eventually broke it off, after I had given him more than enough chances. I am still living with his dad but his Dad sets a depressed mood in the house. He is an artist with no work. I thought about moving but then I realized I am a full time college grad, with a baby and a shitty paying job. I can barely pay my bills, college tuition, and food for the baby, i could careless bout me. I made a stupid mistake and now I am so depressed, I think it is mostly because my ex's dad makes this house so well depressing. I suffer from constant headaches, sleep less than normal and am always tired. I have tried meds and seen a doctor but they all say the same thing...move out...thats not that easy therefore leaving me more depressed...any suggestions?

I understand there is a difference in being emotional and crying.. When I try to stand my ground, being it towards my boyfriend or with someone I am angry at, I always cry. I can't stop it. It always happens, then I can't get what I want to say out. It's automatic. I don't understand why I do it. I never used to. Like I said, I understand when it's your time of the month and you're emotional and all..but this happens to me every single time. I want to learn how to control it and be able to stand up for myself and speak my mind. Please help?!

When I am hurt by someone, I take it very personally. Even if the person apologizes and might actually truly be sorry, I have a hard time "letting it go". I won't talk about it or argue about it, but I'll keep it in my heart. Any advice on how I can free my mind and soul of such negative feelings? How does one learn to truly forgive? I've tried prayer, but maybe I haven't tried hard enough.

When I was a teenager, 20 years ago, I ended up in prison as a result of my own stupidity. I only tell very few people about that period of my life, and only then when I become close to them.

However on several occasions, when people I know have been vocal with their opinion on prison and/or criminals I have felt like making them aware of the reality based on my first hand experience.

Has anyone done this, and what sort of reaction did you get?

Okay, Im at school (my college) and i see one of my girl friends. She's really pretty and at one point last semester i kinda liked her. anyway, we're eating lunch together and then as she comes back from takin her tray stops and whispers something to another girl (which just happens to be Jordin from American Idol). Then she comes back and sort of eases me down on by back and crawls on top of me. She then leans down and kisses me on the mouth and even uses her tounge. Naturally, i kiss back. We make out passionately for a while and then we go to the opening round of the NCAA mens basketball tounament where Memphis hits a game winning shot and the fans go crazy (i dont attend Memphis). One more thing. My female friend's name was Rachel in my dream. In real life her name's Kristian. So it was Kristian I was making out with but her name was Rachel for some reason. See details...

Hi, I am a 19 young guy from london who is otherwise not submissive in real life and likes to have some power. I have been boxing competitively for 2 years and weightlifting for 3, but even though I've had a few girlfriends I have gotten bored of submissive women. When I think or see a dominant woman i find that im curiously interested and aroused. The only thing is, I feel it would be difficult to relinquish some of the power I have because of my physical presense and masculine personality. I really want to explore this side of me, but I am a bit worried about becoming wimpish, and that if she were to attempt to lock-horns with me I would still attempt to keep some pride and banter back. I don't know what to do, at the same time i find a very dominant woman a fantasy of mine but I believe these women are looking for submissive types and im not traditionally submissive. How can I go about experiencing this side of me without my own stubborn male pride getting in the way?

my son (who will be 4 at the end of this month) had a scarey dream sunday night. he was horrified and has been ever since. my husband and i had been trying something new, having our son fall asleep on his own. i would read him a story and then leave his bedroom. that did not work and as i stated above, he had a nightmare. since that night, i have gone back to the old rutine and stayed with him until he fell asleep. he is not scared at night, but during the day. i am a stay at home mom, so all he wants is for me to pick him up and go everywhere with him. before his nightmare he would go to the bathroom without my self or my husband, but now, we have to go with him, stay there and pick him up when he is done. no matter what, he wants me there with him. all day he tells me he is scared and i really do not know what else to do. i have thought of everything. i think he might be taking advantage of the situation, but i am stuck!! does anybody have any suggestions? please help!

There's a lot of debate to this day about what it means to be punk. I mean, I know what it means to me personally, but since I wasn't alive when punk was just beginning, I'm hazy as to how it actually originated and how it manifested at that time.
Honestly, I really admire and utilize a lot of punk values, and wear some punk items. But I'm not sure I'd call myself 'A Punk', which is a label that has a lot of outdated and nasty sterotypes attached to it. Personally, I think one of the most un-punk things you can do is label yourself in any way. I mean, isn't that what punk is against? So although I really like the punk spirit, I hesitate to label myself as such, because I personally hate being pigeonholed into a certain category. Do any of you feel that way as well?

I know there is a logical explanation for this but I have always wondered, the U.S. has a way of printing out money so how come they just don't print out money to help people who are really poor for example the homeless. Or how come we don't print out money to give to foreign countries who have children dying of hunger.
