Hey, I totally know how you feel. Sometimes, we can feel lonelier surrounded by a whole bunch of people than when we're by ourselves. It's pretty much just the human experience, to feel lonely at times. So don't feel bad or guilty about it. I suggest you ask yourself if what your friends have is what you really want, as an individual. There are some people who can't deal with being alone, people who would rather surround themselves with flaky, insincere friends and boyfriends/girlfriends just to avoid facing themselves. Maybe you're just stronger than that, and can be by yourself without needing the approval and constant attention of others to feel good about yourself. Just make sure you surround yourself with people who really care about you, and know that having one loving and sincere friend is more fulfilling than having 20 flaky ones. Trust me on this, I speak from personal experience. All the best to you. *hugs*

I don't hang out with couples. It's way too uncomfortable, don't you think? You should stick to just hanging with "the girls" when you do "girl" things. When your friends are with their boyfriends, let them be. You will always be the "odd man out" in those situations and who needs that? Find some single friends to hang out with when your other friends are with their "fellas". Also, learn to enjoy your own company from time to time. You don't need anyone with you in order to have a good time or feel complete. There's nothing like being your own best friend! You should try it! Good luck to you, Casa!

yes it is normal to feel this way.
trust ! your time will come..when the person is right.
till then learn to like yourself - learn to really enjoy you and just being you and being who you are ... it is a whole new kind of confidence that to few people experience.
this is the cure for loneliness when alone and when in a crowd, because you can really enjoy the company of you.

Very normal.

Recover by telling yourself "I'm good" 20 times immediately ... repeat each hour until the anxiety is gone.
