We in America are so damn soft...we don't have the stomache to see things thru when it gets inconveiniant. The a-rabs slap us in the face and we forget the towers after a few years. We know Iran is plotting our demise, yet we don't confront them. Remember what happened to Rome when they didn't have the stomache to fight for themselves. Wise up, whimpy America, Neville Chamberlain was WRONG!

Do you think most Americans would be willing to accept a substantially lower standard of living if this would, somehow, bring about the reduction of worldwide phenomena such as the following?

Starvation
Genocide
Death squads
Unequal treatment of women
Racial and other discrimination
Illiteracy
Pollution
Unwarrated wiretaps
Spying on citizens / Watch Lists
Suspension of habeas corpus
Rigged elections
Torture of prisoners
Arrests for crimes not yet committed
Illicit drug trade
Weapons trade
Terrorism

Do you feel that the U.S. government, multinational corporations, and U.S. citizens have contributed to these worldwide phenomena? If yes, how so?

U.S. presidents lie. Clergymen and women lie. U.S. Senators lie. Members of the U.S. House of Reprentatives lie. Judges lie. All departments of the U.S. government lie. News anchors lie. Actors and actresses lie. I've lied (as in, yes, Mom, I did my homework). I'm sure you've lied. Is there anyone who hasn't lied?
Of course, that doesn't make it right, does it?

The number of Billionaires in the world has risen from 140 in 1986, when Forbes magazine made the first estimation - to 793 in 2006 i.e. a 466% rise - also, the number of billionaires in US itself has risen to 313 in this year from 262 previously - the combined worth of all billionaires worldwide is $2.6 trillion and US billionaires account for just half of the money -

Honestly dudes - WTF are you going to do with all that money - you aren't enjoying it ae you - most of you are too old (and on Viagra pills) and unhealthy (diabetes?) to enjoy the billions you made in a lifetime's hard work - what the purpose of your life there -

Just give me a few amount will you - I need only $30,000 to be happy - and I'm going to enjoy more with that money.

Screw all billionaires - their faces on TV and news makes me sick

I recently learned about ectomorphs and saw that i was one. Then i read the way ectomorphs act and there mooods and it fitted exactly why do you think this is?

Ectomorphic body type -- The physique of an ectomorph is centered around the brain and nerves. These people are slim and possibly underweight, and will often have a hard time gaining weight and building muscle mass (in our modern times, with the emphasis on physical fitness and muscularity, this has given rise to the notion of the "hardgainer" training methodologies which do have anecdotal evidence that the physiology responds to different training but can be overcome). Stereotype: the ectomorphic person is likely to have a cerebrotonic temperament and could be described as artistic, sensitive, apprehensive, introverted, socially restrained, and highly self-aware. Examples of ectomorphs would be marathon runners, fencers, swimmers, some basketball players, and female fashion models.

i have noticed a woman I am working with keeps mimicking things i do. she is educated and in her late 20's. for examples

1 when I get a clean hair cut, within the next few days i see she has done her hair in ways I never seen her do before.

2 when i start to wear certain type of clothing (ie checkered) - i notice in the new few days she wears checkered clothing which i never seen her wear

3 i once told her unique people makes me tick, since then she will go out of her way to show me she does unique things (uses the microwave to heat her coffee when one hot water tap is broken, when one would usually use the other taps).

These actions led me to think perhaps she would like to talk - but when I do she tells me she she is busy and already has a partner. I'm not sure where the partner thing came from, but fair enough, i decide to leave her alone but she keeps greeting me and mimicking me and following me at work.

i'm a little confused by this persons actions.

I had a strange dream; and when I awoke, I awoke with a start and in a cold sweat. Let me explain my deam, or nightmare. Whatever you wish to call it.
I am about to get married, my soon-to-be-husband waiting for me to reach him at the altar. My father is not by my side, like I have always imagined, and I walk alone. My dress is a simple white gown. The dream starts out normal enough...then gets strange when I have not walked even half way to my love. I start stepping forward and everyone turns to look at me. As I advance they stare open-mouthed at me with looks of fear and shock, then look down at my dress. When I go to do the same, the white gown is soaking itself with blood. I am not injured in this dream, but nonetheless the blood stains my white dress, seemingly coming from nowhere. I look at my love with a horrified face and he too has a look of fear. My eyes begin to well up with tears and I cry, tears of blood. I fall to my knees, drenched, and broken and look up again to see
