U.S. presidents lie. Clergymen and women lie. U.S. Senators lie. Members of the U.S. House of Reprentatives lie. Judges lie. All departments of the U.S. government lie. News anchors lie. Actors and actresses lie. I've lied (as in, yes, Mom, I did my homework). I'm sure you've lied. Is there anyone who hasn't lied?
Of course, that doesn't make it right, does it?

Christianity holds the answer to that question! But yes, there are people who still have some desency in this country although they are far and in between!
That is why we are the most hated country in the world because of our moral standards!
We have the honor of having the most corrupt government in the world, we import more illegal drugs than any other country in the world, our corporate America isn't even worth mentioning, and the list just goes on!

Even if everybody lies as you claim, that doesn't mean that honesty is not still the best policy. It is still the best policy.
And even if a few lie, it does not mean that all do so all the time.
And even if many lie all the time it does not mean that there are none who do not lie at all.
And even if all have lied at some point in their lives it does not mean that all will or do continue to do so.

Of course I've lied! Sometimes it is necessary for a greater good. Some examples you may ask, is if your child asks if I'm going to die. Well at first we say no (but who's kidding who we all die) but i can't say that to a 5 year old.
I usually forget what i'm lying about nowadays which is more embarrassing when you get caught in a lie.

In my opinion it takes a very clever person to lie. You have to always check back in your mind what you said to whom. I am too stupid to do that.
Oh yes, the lie..... "I am busy, I cannot see you today" when in actual fact I am not busy, I just don't feel like it. I think we all do it. I feel okay with it, saves me explaining why I don't feel like it.

well im sure everyone lies...it can be right and wrong to lie..like..a white lie is okay...cuz it makes someone feel better..but if your gf asks are you cheating on me...you say your not but you actrually are cheating on her..that's not a good reason to lie
