What is love anyway do w know what affects it really has?

This question is best answered by people who have gone through it all and are alive to tell the tale......even after 50 years.
For a young person, I cannot say anything about a chemical reaction ...but I can say that this thing called love is a form of severe imprisonment wherein the affected party is totally mesmerised and consumed by the sight, sound and smell of his/her lover. One becomes oblivious to surroundings and even impending danger behaving mostly like cats and dogs on heat.
While alone ,Logic seems to elude us, food becomes of no consequence and his/her face even appears in the clouds.
In true love , these volcanic feelings slowly subside over the years but the passion remains.
Hey, you all, do not look for chemicals and antidotes. Love is an honest and strong emotion. Enjoy it and be true to yourself and to your lover.

I think love is chemical reaction or lust is at least.You're blood boils palms are sweaty all you think of is that person which doesn't leave much room in you're brain for anything else. A relationship with the person you want is hard work and understanding of the other.and compassion but with out the chemicals reaction i don't know if it would a peal to us most likely not.

It is an emotion made up by chemical reactions that have the potential to be honest and true (independent of chemical reactions).

Real honest love is the best there is on earth, it's hart to find and sometimes it slips away.
Sometimes you can find the right life partner in life but then the awful thing is there when their not free and they made a wrong decision years ago to marry that partner, regrets they have later yes.

Love is both, medically it releases dorphines into our body and gives us a little high. True love is a wondeful thing that makes the good times better and the bad times easier when you have someone who loves you there with you.
There is a saying, " It is better to be with a person who loves you then the one you love." Meaning if they love you they will treat you well. If you love them they may treat you bad.

Love is real not always honest, but very real, we have just celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary so there must be something.
The chemical reaction in your brain I think is just sex, and hormones, the two are quite separate but not mutually exclusive

its both its a true emotion caused by a chemical reaction in your mind caused by the persons fermones the proplem that many ppl have is they dont know if its love or like or even lust

when you find someone to love who loves you back unconditionally, i think that its such a beautiful thing. but love can create hatred and pain.
n both cases i think love is true and honest as well as being a chemical in your body.
