I cannot escape the chios in my life. Born in 1969 middle child of 3 girls, born to an alcholic father and mentally ill teenaged mother. My childhood to say the least was full of abuse, all types. My family tree consists of immigrants from Germany and supporters of the KKK. My grandmoter killed herself by drinking Lye soap and my other grandmother was a prostitute. Family chios creeps into my life with no escape. I have always known I was different from them, but I still can't escape the guilt and there seem to be no avenues for someone like me. My father passed away a year ago at 60, the kemo killed him. I am currently trying to take care of my narcacistic mentally warped mother. I do have four beautiful kids and a hot hubby, but when grandma tries to kill me and claims to be the devil, well it gets pretty heated. NOONE seems to beable to help, I really try to laugh so I don't cry. My question, is it possible that I am just one of the people born into misery forever?

about scars on a man? Ok. OK. I'm being serious this time, for maybe the second time. I only ask because I have a few on the left side of my face and I look like Frankenstein with my shirt off. Last woman I slept with said they were a turn on and wanted to hear all the stories that went with them, but she was as drunk as the Speaker of the House and passed out while I was telling her, and agian while we were at it, so I'm hestitant to consider her reaction typical.

how can i be sure that the long enduring problems ive had for years, are not to do with a mental illness? im 29 & for over 10 years ive had problems with feeling inner anger and rage towards people, high levels of panic & anxiety when i go out, paranoid feelings, racing thoughts all the time, worrying & obsessing over things constantly, i used to explode with anger when out, & get into staring, i stay in all the time now because i worry about losing control...recently a psychiatrist told me he doesnt feel ive got a mental health problem but a personality disorder, dysfunction, he said the therapy i would get would be psychological and not any medication because i didnt have a mental illness...but im not 100 percent confident about that...my fear is that could i have a mental health issue thats being overlooked that requires medication??..meanwhile my quality of life is non existant, i stay in every day wishing i had a life and happiness & a job & girlfriend, i cant see that happening

Investors may look to the home sales numbers for clues on the depths of the housing slowdown. "The only questions insofar as the U.S. shakeout is concerned—and they are obviously quite important questions—pertain to the extent of the post-bubble downside in housing markets and the broader macro impacts of such a development," notes Stephen Roach, managing director and chief economist at Morgan Stanley.

No more feminists. Please comment on this conclusion I've come to: Intelligence and a lack of beauty are correlated with bitterness in women, along with a myriad of more commonly known traits and histories, like abusive parents, bad luck with first boyfriend or two, and bad menses, which predict bitterness much more reliably.
Sure I'm stereotyping, so don't try to shame me for doing so. You stereotype just as much as I do. It's smart and healthy to do so.
The trouble is, I find intelligence in women very attractive and would soon grow bored of an unintelligent, beautiful woman.
I find that intelligence (both intellectual and emotional) often falls apart when otherwise intelligent women are discussing their needs with their man, especially if they're living together. What types of women are most likely to have this dead zone in their intelligence?
