No doubt this question will upset the sensitivities of some of the contributors to this catagory.
So my bet is that one of you gobbledegookists will be piqued enough to do the inevitable.
Pray however, I may even receive some advice form one of you 'experts of the mind'.

Think about it. You lie to your childeren when you tell them that Santa Claus will be coming on Chirstmas eve, or the Easter Bunny will be hoppin' down the bunny trail. When they find out that this is all truly a lie, could it spark a teenage rebellion?

My boyfriend’s daughter and son-in-law are buying a ranch and I kind of promised that I help them...

I’ve been helping around the ranch owned by my bf’s brother. Today, my bf had to shoot a calf, which was sick and dying and magpies were already picking on. Now, I don’t have any problem with quick death. I don’t believe in leaving animals suffering. So I wasn’t too emotional even though this happened right in front of me for the first time in my life.

The problem is;
I don’t know if I can shoot or watch someone shoot predators, such as coyotes. I respect nature. And I know how cute puppies are. Unfortunately, we have to protect the ranch and it is necessary to kill them so that they don’t come back while we are gone. My bf figures I would get used to the idea when predators try to kill our cattle.

I have about a year to think about…I love the job so far… I would like to hear your opinions on if I should help them or not. Thanks.

Does anyone else get nervous or uneasy when going to some place they have never been? Like I really do not like to travel to new places because I do not know the area? I have found the same thing applies when I go to new places to eat? Now when this happens, I usually drive myself there because I know I have a way out if I get uneasy or to nervous. I just get uneasy when these situations apply. I also like to sit in the back of places or on the ends. I'm the type that likes to walk in to a room, and if no one notices me, I'm okay with that. I don't like big crowds as they make me nervous. I'm a homebody but I do like to go eat and to movies, just when it isn't crowded. I enjoy the simple things. I don't have to travel to be happy or go all over world or try everything new. I'm happy with the little things, and I think that is why I get nervous with new places, I don't like change to much. Is this called something when people are like this?
