I have always had this problem that sometimes im really good but there are times that i really suck. so i was wondering if someone could help me get over it."I have trained so hard that i dont want something like this get in my way". I get real nervous just going over and playing with other people, and i just can't get my full skill out. But when im feeling okay and im with my cousins and friends there is almost no one that can stop me. So Please Can Some One Help Me!!!!!!!!! I Am Only 15 Years Old i need to get over it.

You are the bets person to heal yourself.

Set your Goal. Mark them and strive to acheive them.

When I used to be have the stage fear on oration/ speeches, i was told by my mentor that "When you start talking on the stage think that every person listening to you is a fool and that You are the Best."

The only way that you can gain confidence is to actively compete with others who have the skill level to which you aspire.

If you continue to have success over an extended period of time at that level, the pressure that you currently feel will go away.

You only feel pressure if you are unsure or unaware of the upper limits of your ability.

So, go out and compete. Find out if you belong.
