If you are introverted it does not inevitably mean that you are prone to lashing out. It means that you require time alone to regather your thoughts, and rejuvenate because facing others will be tiring.
Altho, you are aware that you have struggles with anger and rage this is a positive sign that you want to change. When this type of feeling comes on, try to stop and ask yourself why do you feel this way??
Maybe it is what a person is saying, or doing...who knows. But the best way is to give yourself space when needed. Go for a walk, or do some thing that u know you will enjoy. Exercise, play the guitar or something!! If it helps, try talking to another person about it.
Take care of yourself....

Saying naughty words that children shouldn't hear is usually the end result of pent up anger for an introvert.

I so nervous I can barely type. You don't know me, but you might, and then what would you think of me. You me no choice but to lash out to defend myself. I don't like be treated like this by a question. It's not fair, but I really don't feel I should say anything.

you can be treated for any situation or sickness only if you want to be helped. God can change your life also and help you with this situation. Take a time out when you get angry and pray to Heavenly Father.

all feelings are appropriate, no matter how uncomfortable they are.....every feeling needs to be vented and expressed appropriatly too and is unique to each individual which needs to figure out for themselves what is right for them.
