why are people like that. i also know someone who does the opisite of what i say WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Self centered as you realized she is could be good realization. Enlightened self........
Sometimes words have different connotation. I am not sure self center person is being selfish. Self center person could mean wanting to be independent and have unique identity.
What ever the case may be let it be and learn from each other.
Finally, I do not think self is singular neither self center person.
Each of us mentally possess variety of opinions which connect us to each other.
Be proud of her and let her be as she wishes.

it is calles being inconsiderate, actually not considering other peoples' feelings and emotions....it is also narcissistic- thinking the world revolves around them, some people learn later than others- you have learned sooner....remember that ignorance is bliss.
