Does anybody now how to make a pipebomb from common house hold appliances and still keep a low-budget? im righting a story and need the accutal directions casue a character is a total maniac.

you write about the manic and will keep the pipe bomb a secret cause the story doesn't need technical support and is in the wrong hands in the story, and would not help in reality to be avaliable to even normal kids because it is far to lethal a a sharpnel grenade has a killing range of all who are to close if it is a real pipe bomb and pipe is the fragments that would be traveling through anyone in the first five feet of blast, i've seen a rivers water emptied out and bare bottom showing from such a device
