you know how you remember what you saw in your dreams? well, if they were born completely blind, then they would have no idea what it would be like to see, right? so would their dreams be purely "audio" without the "visuals"? would it be like people talking in the darkness?

Whi is it that America always praises the should have and downs the winners when it is a black vs a whte. Are we still racist or is it just below the surface.

Emmitt and Clay are true champions, and when they history books are written there will be no room for the should haves so give it up.

The people have spoken and we don't care if you want to rule again in 2008. You did nothing for almost 6 years and now you want us to listen. Wrong. Women have it 11 Senators and 71 House members. No more cronyism and daddy's favorites.

Women have notice it men causing extinctions of our reefs with oil tankers, it is men causing extenction of our fishing because of their fishing and global warming...Women need to step up to the plate and be counted for their children and the next generation.

I'm trying to figure out my purpose here. Is it to get a good job and be a good person to everyone else? Is it to learn as much as you can about the rest of the world and see other perspectives? There has to be some sort of meaning behind all of this. Should we just go on living ignorantly about all of the problems in the world and only worry about ourselves? I know this answer will vary from person to person, but I'd be interested in hearing what you have to say.

If you are a woman with children: Do you want to stay at home and look after your kids?
If you are a man with children: Do you want to stay at home and look after your kids?
If you are a woman with children: Do you want to go out to work and leave your children with somebody else - the father perhaps?
If you are a man with children: Do you want to go out to work and leave your children with somebody else - the mother perhaps?
Assume you get paid the same amount of money whatever you choose.

This may sound like an elementary question but I am preaching a sermon called growing through concrete. The basic theme of the sermon: Even when we are put in positions that offer no fertile ground for success, we can discover the power from within to thrive inspite of adverse conditions. (Thus, we can still grow through Concrete)

( I observed one day while I was driving across a concrete bridge that plants were growing between the cracks. The bridge was completely steek and concrete, I did not see how it was possible for that to happen).

I would like to start out this sermon with a story of me driving across the bridge, but afterwards I would like to follow up with a scientific explanation. I am still looking for a supporting text as a basis, but can anyone provide any help or insight.

I was standing on the platform, waiting for the 8:38 service to Manhattan. It was a cold, gray day, and the sun beat down remorselessly. Further along the platform a fat man had stumbled and sprained his ankle. A vet had been called, and the man was being put down. The situation made me feel uncomfortable. The train pulled into the station, the wheels screeching in mock ecstasy. I boarded the train, cursing as I realized my breakfast (cereal and milk) was leaking out of my briefcase. I sat next to an elderly gentleman. I wasn't sure if he was dead or not, so I jabbed him in the arm with a letter opener. He awoke with a jolt. 'Sorry.' I chuckled. 'I thought you might be dead.' 'Where are you going?' I asked him. 'Industrial Turkshead.' He replied, staring out of the window into the blank darkness of the tunnel. 'What an interesting name for a place!' I cried, delighted by my discovery. 'It's French. It means "City of a thousand hidden delights and terrors". 'Well, that's certainly true! What a terrific name for the place.' I was making headway already. 'You may call me Johann.' The elderly man said. 'Yes, it's German.' He smiled to himself, as though laughing at some secret joke, winking conspiratorially at me. I thrust out my hand. 'Pleased to meet you Johann.' My name is mud.' To be continued...?

So the PS3 is out and idiots camp out for days in front of a department stores to be the first to buy it when it gets on the shelves. I see this every Christmas time. If it is not the talking Elmo that dances when you clap, it is some frickn baby that whispers your name back to you or some sh*t like that.

Why do people get so fanatically about something to camp out for days in the cold rain for something to get put on the shelf and to be the first like last night?

You know all they have to do is wait several weeks for it to be restocked or wait until after Christmas or something.....jess people get a life!

Now don't say I am double standard just because I waited for hours in line to watch Star Wars Episode 3 on opening night Tuesday at 12am. That is different...LOL...I waited frickn 20 years for that....LMAO
