Im undergoing depression these days. im not able to concentrate on any thing so my attention goes here n there, to waste the time so it increase the depression more.
im not able to get any type of job frm few months and parents are suppotive enough to feed me but i want myself to stand but not easy as i do wht i can do. i talk to friends but they are not understand my problem morever they too r busy with their jobs n families. I want some one to talk to me and take me as wht im.
I think it relief me a bit as i now fear from my state of depression coz i not take it much longer now.

only solution 2 ur problem is to meditate.juz think about th god u pray to n look at the image of the god and kkep that image in ur mind.
i also have gone through your experience.am a devotee of lord shiva.as i said i think about his image and say "om nama shivaya" say it continuosly in ur mind.u dont know te power of meditation and these words
i bet u will feel much confident,happy,calm.
try it..do not think about the thng which haunts u.
as bhagawat geetha says "whatever happend is 4 good,whatever goin2 happen is also 4 good".

The Problem is the tension U have Its nothing but U have taken U R self into the tension Yeah first thing is that U must understand that nothing is in U R hand If U feel Depressed then tell that everything is for good only till U come out of the Depression during that period or tell daily For some times that is what ever happening is for Goodonly so No need for getting depressed.

i read some answers here before answering and i do agree with Mr COOL. Good piece of advice. Anilkumarji Depression is a phase of life where you feel iam the only unlucky person...thou there are a lot even more unhappy and probably more tensed then you are. Life is given to man and it is very beautiful...BUT only if you start with a positive attitude as soon as you wake up.And as mr cool says as written in Bhagwad Gita--"-Karma "
Even if you cry or bang your head Anil you will have to go through what you have so insted lets do one thing wake up tomorrow morning and say--I will appreciate the day as time comes to me .Yes you have to work for your best but leave the results on whomever God you belive in.About p[arents don't worry a day will sure come when you will do evrything you wanted for your beloved parents.Keep confidence in yourself it is then you will be able to concentrate even more on meditation. IF you can't do anything would suggest atleast for 4-5 minutes draw a bluish dot on a white wall and keep looking at it saying i can do it , ican do it.
Don't look at any other friends success because success differs from person to person. You are special Anil thats why you were created by God.The thing is you have to find yourself that you have lost in telling your self iam depressed iam depressed.IT WILL BE ONLY YOUR OWNSELF TO COME OUT OF IT ."From today start saying I CAN DO IT AND I WILL DO IT" For god sake never ever compare yourself with anyone in this world. when you were born you were a belove of God and so are you today too. You are born to live. You are PRECIOUS. You are living to achieve. You are GREAT. Surely you will become someone great...You said you are undergoing depression. Remember, when the going is tough, the tough keep going. Moreover, you can overcome this in no time. The moment you have realized your situation and are aware of it, you have taken the first step to discard the depression. The moment you have accepted, you have taken the second. create positive thoughts, ideas, feelings, emotions, etc. about you. Think GREAT about YOU. this is the time when u have to search and search the jobs and keep urself busy.
when u r getting support u can try much better.
where is the case of going into depression.
it is not right on ur part.
depression is only a state of mind, which u can come out if u want.
be happy and keep ur parents also happy.
being in depression u will lose ur health , mental as well as physical.
don't do that.
u r indebted to ur parents.
be happy. and enjoy.

ha friend try 2 share ur problem who u fell close 2 u.there r many people who r seaching 4 jobs and there r finding after a longtime.best example my cousin who is engg worked 4 3000rs 4 3years and now his withdrawl is 35000.try 2 be busy.first think why are going to depression and find solution for every problem there is a solution and don't do wrong things this my best suggestion .u can mail 2 my mail id chaitu_smyle@yahoo.co.in.ok take care .bye

hey guy, don't be too depressed with yourself..cheer up and stay fit...
first and foremost, think why you cannot get a job?
is it because you want a very good job above qualifications?
it is because you don't look confident enough?
is it because the economy is bad in the area?
is it because you are only looking for job in specific field?

well pal, cheer up as..well try to work as anything...as for your friends, yes sometimes friends can rather be unsupportive but sometimes they do that cause of something solid..
don't lose yourself cause as you lose yourself, the condition gets worse..

let me tell you, now first thing you must do is look at the bright side of life..
1.build up your confidence
2.get a job as anything possible(remember you can start from the very bottom again)
3.when you succeed in one and two, you'll have back yourselff again..

Keep yourself busy. Instead of thinking about yourself, think of how you can help people. And be happy with what you have. Appreciate what you have. Happiness is a choice and is a state of the mind. Have a positive perception and soon your attitude will also change.

Take your life not as a problem, then your worries might decrease.
Take a brisk walk in the morning.
Eat a lot of fruits.
Don't worry about a job.
you will get it sooner or later.
Now when you have time, try to develop good and healthy habits.
Try meditation.(Vipassana meditation has helped me in controlling my stress.)

If you still can't control yourself, consult a good psychiatrist.
This life is precious, don't waste it over trivia.
