my belief is that- no, there is not. There is, of course, also no need for a cure as homosexuality is by no means an illness.

I have recently completed an essay on this subject, but am interested to know the opinions of other people.

You may wish to look up the work of Dr. Simon LeVay, as well as the work on rats done by a Prof. Gunter Dorner.

(personally, I believe the only 'cure' is acceptance. if homosexuality is no longer viewed as abnormal in some people's eyes, it can no longer be viewd negativly)

Some examples could be:

Can a shy person blossom into a social butterfly?
Can a angry and disturbed person learn to be as calm as a butterfly?
Can a lazy person learn to be more productive?

Forget brain damage or medication thories. Can a person change their personality through other means?

I need it put in layman's terms. I kinda get the meaning but it's like I'm on the very brink of understanding it. Here goes.

Why do some people find it unnecciary to spank their children(Not beat them that is wrong) but a slap on the butt when they are misbehaving. I have seen parents who let their children run wild and make no attempt at teaching them manners or decent behavior when in public. These children walk all over thier parents and they do nothing about it. i would like too know why that is.

I've got this useless load of a room mate who never buys any food, but always helps himself to mine. I've spoken with him time and again about this, but he hasn't changed. So, last friday, I got him good.

I took an empty pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, and placed some of my turds inside. I then added some crushed peanuts, marshmallow cream and chocolate syrup, then mixed it all together. I placed it in the freezer and sure enough, he got into it later, actually eating a spoonful before he realized what it was. Boy was he pissed.

He actually came at me, but I knocked him down. He's not much of a fighter anyways. Problem is that now this issue is being addressed by the police and the apartment management. Anyone else ever have this sort of problem with a room mate?
