i used to have lots of sincere charm and had a few girlfriends!i need some pysical love.should i go to a prostitute?

I think what he asking for is some help to make himself appear more confident when around women; then he'll get his flow back, but its that intial what do you do type thing, am I right?
All I can say is be yourself man, if they don't like you for who you are they aren't worth your time anyway...you can't front forever.

dont turn to a prostitute! just be yourself n feel confident! if u lack confidence then it will come across to women! if u are attracted to someone then treat them as a friend at first just talking to them n getting to know them! just remember what it u used to do n try to find that charm!

the simple thing here is Learn To Live For Yourself First. No matter what happens, remember one thing that you are an individual living for yourself(you may include the ones dear to you) and for any other person you don't know, just don't bother to think what he'll think about you. what is more important is what you think about your self. Live life to its fullest and don't be stuck by such things.Gosh this applies to me too.
